The person picking up and delivering was super cranky which made it feel like she was doing us a favor for a task she was being paid to complete. Maybe she was having an off day. Would still recommend as service was completely to our satisfaction.

The dirtiest establishment I've been to in San Diego, let alone Del Mar. Dust on top, below, and the sides of every surface. This is disrespectful to your customers and shows a complete disregard for surrounding businesses. I always assumed due to the location this must be one of the best laundromats in the county, even in the ghetto many owners have pride of ownership. Please take better care of this place and your customers, or sell the company to someone that will. Please! Ps. I had broom in my truck and spent the entire hour cleaning your floors and wiping down countertops so that the other 12 people didn't have to stand in filth. I left the broom for you, your staff, or whoever else gives a damn to use in the future. Thank you.

So i saw an advertisement on instagram and connected with them through there. Their service was spectacular because they reply within minutes and such helpful people. I was lucky enough to get same day service and all i had to do was put out two 13gallon bags of laundry and they picked it up in ramona around 7:30pm and the person who was helping me kept me in the loop the whole time while i was still doing errands. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.

10/10! Tracy is an absolute miracle worker…read more I very last minute decided that my bridesmaid dress for my best friend's wedding needed an adjustment ~two~ days (do not recommend) before the wedding. I had a strong feeling that this was most likely not possible as most tailors are normally booked for weeks in advance and of course need time to make said adjustments! Nevertheless, I stopped by Elegant Tailor and Cleaners in pure desperation, really hoping that somehow it would be possible and boy did I get lucky! Tracy was able to do a complete turn around and have my dress ready in 2 days. Unbelievable. On top of that, she made it 10x more flattering than I could have possibly imagined! This was a very cheap Amazon dress that did not do me any favors but by the time that Tracy was done with it, you would have no idea. I could not recommend Tracy more, she was so kind, professional, quick and such a pro. Reasonable pricing as well! I will definitely be back.

Terrible first experience -- I won't be coming back. I brought in a skirt for cleaning, and when I…read morepicked it up, the cleaning was clearly not done properly. I had to return it, which was already frustrating. When I picked it up again, I noticed one side of the elastic waistband was loose. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the fabric was actually cut -- clear damage to the skirt. I've attached photos to show this. If this had been the condition when I dropped it off, they should have marked or mentioned it, but they didn't -- because it wasn't. The damage clearly happened while it was in their care. To make things worse, when I returned to have it fixed, they wanted to charge me an additional $10 -- to fix damage they caused. Completely unprofessional. Between the poor cleaning, the damage, and being charged extra for their own mistake, I can't recommend this place to anyone.

I was assured it would be tricky but said they could do it. When I picked it up I noticed that there were stains and that the stitching was coming off on the reverse side. They claimed it is cleaned and that of course the stains would spread since it was oil based, in addition they kept blaming the manufacturer for the stitching coming undone. I can agree that the jacket was not meant to be dry cleaned but I was relying on their expertise to advise me to use their service or not and of course I should have not relied on them. They refused to take any accountability and damaged my jacket. They did offer to try to clean again but it would ludicrous to let them try again when they caused this much damage the first time, I was only seeking refund on a $17 service from which they didn't execute carefully. TLDR: they ruined my jacket and refused to admit their mistake.
