I had an abscess in the jaw, which was dealt with nicely before I got the implant in stages. The staff is very cooperative . The conscious sedation part was so nice, I didn't even feel anything. For post operative care, Dr Tate was readily available. I'd recommended this place without any hesitation.

When I was on the phone with my step dad figuring out what we're doing for payment (since no one told us we'd have to pay BEFORE), I told her as an adult, I will come to her with the information she needs when I have it. I was already stressed out and was crying because I needed this procedure. She then turned around and yelled at me "it's MY job to bother you!" while my step dad was on the phone, he heard everything. My family have been customers here for 20+ years. Karen really lived up to her name, because as someone who studied to be a nurse and has her EKG certification, as well as practice/ing in CNA, it's NOT OUR job as healthcare professionals to stress out a patient before a big procedure. Gross people, with no empathy or patience, for a practice that REQUIRES just that. They don't deserve YOUR money. Don't let them scam you, "your insurance doesn't cover that".
