The receptionist is very rude!!!! I went with my friend that was a new patient and had her confirmation but was not good enough for the receptionist nor did they leave any messages. We were told you have to answer your phone to confirm for this doctor or it's not good enough to see him after driving 2 hours. She was down right rude to us no customer service at all. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like crap!!!! read more

Dr. Kiesel is a great dentist. He has taken care of my family for years and has an excellent reputation. With a previous dentist, I always used nitrous oxide (laughing gas) because visits were so painful. I soon realized this was not necessary with Dr. Kiesel, because he is very gentle and skilled at his work. He has many long-time patients because he is just that good! read more

Enlow & staff are very friendly and very good with pain management; and make everybody feel at home. They are very professional and are very good at dental work and general teeth cleaning. This is the first dental office I used that will administer nitrous oxide gas that relives pain and stress. Now I enjoy my dental visits. Summer Enlow's office is expanding and accepting new patients. I hear that they are good working with children and I do see children in the waiting room.

I've been really impressed and surprised - the staff is very friendly, and I've been able to get the care I needed. Then we do as the front desk lady said, went to the other office and asked for the paperwork that we were told to ask for and fill out. I was then told that we aren't allowed to fill out that paper work and they were going to send us away. So I spoke up and told her she needed to call the front desk and see what she said, and lo and behold I get handed a paper to fill out. When at first we were going to be turned away. I had explained that she has been experiencing almost crippling pain for 6 months and the last doctor we went to suggested a OB so we come here to see if we can get some help. I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced the lack of urgency behind needing to be seen and telling them she has really bad pain, instead of filling out the paperwork they told us to go get right away so they could finish the process. We have been waiting another almost hour just to be seen. Im not sure if it's because of our age that they aren't taking us seriously, or if they believe we're lying about how serious her symptoms are. This happens way too often to young people seeking help!! Things need to change.
