She does not call the office unless there is a problem. With the Lindemann staff no actual person answers the phone and you are told by a message that repeated calls will do no good. This is a very bad sign. You are now on a staff members list! Dr. Lindemann's staff hates patients. Maybe you will receive a call and probably not. Patients are seen as an interruption. Dr. Lindemann is probably a good doctor. Her staff is not. Long waits for help. Complaining to the doctor does nothing. Maybe some good competition and a loss of patients would help. I do not recommend this Dr. because of her poor staff. But who knows.......maybe the Dr. trained them???

However, I am constantly amazed and grateful for this little town of Nacogdoches and the incredible care we've received from all of our doctors and nurses. In particular Dr. Davis and his staff go above and beyond to ensure our health and well-being is maintained. When we needed it most they found the time to see all of us - knowing we'd put them back for their entire day. However this is something we truly appreciate and cherish about this doctor. He takes his time with us to ensure we receive the proper care. So although you may have to wait a few more minutes than you'd like, just know you are getting excellent care from a doctor that takes the time to listen, discuss options, and determine the best care that's right for you and your family. I don't recall receiving this level of care when I lived in a major metropolitan. In addition, I love that our entire family (from infants through adulthood) all see him for our primary care.

I'm not sure why they run it like a third-world country clinic, but their office practices are compromising my child's healthcare.. For less than $100 balance they say they can't see or even speak to their patients until their balance is cleared. not once have we failed to pay a balance. Not. ONCE. Again, hostage healthcare, and I'm fairly certain this is not legal. If I lived anywhere near the area, I would give them a very large piece of my mind. However, I live in Colorado and my daughter lives in Nacogdoches. There is no consideration paid for the awkward situation this causes with her healthcare. Frankly they could care less and that is my primary concern.

With one difference this visit. I got a copy of my $0.00. Balance. The very next time we went in they wanted to know if we was going to pay the outstanding balance. We paid astronomical fees for labs and procedures we absolutely didn't have done. This caught my attention. I started watching closely. The accounts and balances. Getting receipts of charges and services rendered. The Poor Accounting was shoddy. Office staff skimming the profits? Looks like it.

He was ALWAYS available when I called last minute, and if he couldn't squeeze me in, his associate, Dr. Davis would step in (with my permission of course). Dr. Davis is just as great as Polk... They make a pretty dynamic team. Most of the receptionists are very polite (with the exception of a few bad eggs). One of the ladies still gives me a handful of cartoon band aids every time I leave, even though I have long since grown "too old" to wear such things. My medicare and supplemental insurance didn't require me to pay a co- pay. We never pay a co-pay at all of the doctors my husband and I have to go to. This is the only place! We had our insurance company talk to them while my husband and I where there. They were not willing to make to adjustments. We are not getting reimbursements for months or not at all. We pay too much for our supplemental insurance for this aggravation on the part of the doctors office. The office staff should be as kind and caring as the doctor and willing to help you. This was not the case. I told Dr. Vicki about my problem and she said she had nothing to do with that. I would think they all work together in harmony. They work for the doctors I thought and they could speak to them. I'm sorry this didn't work out because I really liked her for my doctor. She was very kind and thorough in my appointments.

I've come in on 2 different occasions where I'd seen other Drs or PAs that didn't help much, one visit with him, he figured out and treated my issue while explaining his logic and reasoning behind treatment. Anytime I've seen Dr Mark Cline, I actually had improvement from his treatment. There are other Dr. Clines in office so make sure if you want great care it's the older gentleman, he knows what he's talking about. The only negative experience I've had in this office was one of my first visits, it was with the younger gentleman also named Dr Cline, but I believe he is Eric Cline. I went to see him, he listened sort of, but answered a phone call in the middle of the visit then I was charged for 2 appointments because of the long appointment time... he may have been having an off day. But I wanted to point this out because there are 2 gentleman Dr Clines... but they are not the same so if you've seen the younger one and aren't happy, try Mark Cline the older Dr Cline.
