However, I am constantly amazed and grateful for this little town of Nacogdoches and the incredible care we've received from all of our doctors and nurses. In particular Dr. Davis and his staff go above and beyond to ensure our health and well-being is maintained. When we needed it most they found the time to see all of us - knowing we'd put them back for their entire day. However this is something we truly appreciate and cherish about this doctor. He takes his time with us to ensure we receive the proper care. So although you may have to wait a few more minutes than you'd like, just know you are getting excellent care from a doctor that takes the time to listen, discuss options, and determine the best care that's right for you and your family. I don't recall receiving this level of care when I lived in a major metropolitan. In addition, I love that our entire family (from infants through adulthood) all see him for our primary care.

Dr. Polk was my family doctor for over 15 years and I love him. He was never too quick to hand out…read moreunneeded antibiotics, nor did he too hastily come to expensive diagnoses. He was ALWAYS available when I called last minute, and if he couldn't squeeze me in, his associate, Dr. Davis would step in (with my permission of course). Dr. Davis is just as great as Polk... They make a pretty dynamic team. Most of the receptionists are very polite (with the exception of a few bad eggs). One of the ladies still gives me a handful of cartoon band aids every time I leave, even though I have long since grown "too old" to wear such things. It's a really nice and makes me feel well cared for. Great family practice! If you're new to town, stop on in!

There is no such thing as HIPA rules in this office as patient information is discussed with others without patient concent. Also I have filed a Medicare fraud grevance against this office for invoicing patients one amount and billing Medicare another. If you are not from Nacogdoches, don't go to this office. The Doctors do not want to address every complaint you have going on right then, they want to schedule you to come back for the other issue.....you know why?? So they can get that Co-Pay once again. I know a few good doctors that I've been going to for several months now and guess what? I don't have to pay every time I go and he also makes my trip to the doctor count because he covers every issue I have going on at the time and most importantly there is NO FEE for addressing a second issue or concern that you might have. So my advice to everyone who is considering going to them don't!!! Unless you just want to give out more money then what you need too.

She does not call the office unless there is a problem. With the Lindemann staff no actual person answers the phone and you are told by a message that repeated calls will do no good. This is a very bad sign. You are now on a staff members list! Dr. Lindemann's staff hates patients. Maybe you will receive a call and probably not. Patients are seen as an interruption. Dr. Lindemann is probably a good doctor. Her staff is not. Long waits for help. Complaining to the doctor does nothing. Maybe some good competition and a loss of patients would help. I do not recommend this Dr. because of her poor staff. But who knows.......maybe the Dr. trained them???
