Dr. Linderman has several offices. We sent our mother to the office on University on two occasions and have been disappointed TWICE! The first time she was having chest pains. They sent her away IN THE RAIN telling her to go to the emergency room. No assessment at all. The second time she went back after weeks of issues with her hip. Close to a week later after being told that she'd receive a call back the next day, she began calling and reached the Clinical Staff Manager, "Cathy". Cathy didn't return the four calls and voicemails she had missed. On the 5th call, my mother reached Cathy and was promptly met with a rude attitude. She was told that the x-rays were in the mail. The mail?! She was also basically accused of overreacting and was insulted even further when she raised financial concerns should she need to private pay a physical therapist. At the end the call, my mother was in tears because she felt so belittled. Understand this, my mother is a nurse with close to 30 years of experience. If you are looking for an office where you feel cared for, appreciated, and listened to as a patient, you should look elsewhere. This isn't the place. read more
