You have put a stain on our credit and I expect that to be rectified. After refusing to use my insurance coverage for a fluoride treatment (100% covered), discovered they didn't bill my insurance at all! We were never contacted until they sent us to collections. My husband went to this branch several times to get this taken care of. He was assured the insurance would be billed. That was a LIE. Not once have they billed our insurance. This is a scam practice.
