My wife called, due to swollen eye lids. They said they could see her today, in Branford ( we live…read morein West Haven), at either 3:30 or 4:00. She took 4, as she is a sole proprietor and would need to close her business, and I would need to take off two hours, to drive her there and home. Took her in, after a 25 minute wait in the open waiting room, with several other patients, and left her there. The Dr. was around, having casual conversations with his staff, laughing in the hall. After another 20 minute wait, with no one giving her attention, she walked out. They took our shutting her business, and my taking off work, as not important to them. I would not return to this practice, under any circumstance, and need to fight now to get the copay they grabbed up front. I now know why the grab it upfront.....

When i got glasses, they were blurry and it was felt could be anti glare causing reflection so were re made. When i got them the lenses were sticking out from all sides of frame and i still couldnt see. . I asked to have perscription changed and to see Dr. He refused to see me. I demanded to be seen ,as i needed to find out why i wasnt able to see with glasses. Dr Silverstine said just revert to old script ...which was not an answer and now they had scratched my old lenses when putting in new one, A collegue from practice agreed to see me they changed the perecription to something in between old and new, i got new lenses they were ok but still protruding. One week later I get a letter from Silverstine saying he is duscharging me from practice and need to find another doctor . Now im stuck with scratched lenses and although he gave me a refund for glasses m i cant see another eye dr for year as his visit counted as my yearly exam on insurance ........ so now have a droopy eyelid that cant be fixed and i cant dget an appropriate perscrip to get glasses i need to see .Office manager very unresponsive

We she changed her mind, no explanation she made me have cool sculpting and then ultheraphy ! Well $4,800 later no change and was so disappointed in this. He was kind and respectful and, in fairness, previewed that he thought it might look nice to make my chin longer and larger. However, after the surgery, I was unhappy with the result, as I thought my chin was too long and wide and the implant became crooked. I also experienced a ton of swelling in my upper and midface as well as in my chin/jaw area. He was somewhat dismissive and thought that the asymmetry would be difficult to fix because of my underlying face asymmetry. Recently, I had a revision performed in Korea after looking at CT scans with a several different doctors. The implant shifted to the right and everyone agreed it was too large for my face. The doctor who performed the revision noted that it had actually slipped downward, while it typically would sit parallel to (not below) the bone of your chin. In addition to making my chin too long, I had puckering from the upper part of my chin where the recession actually wasn't fixed, as the implant had shifted downward. 7 days post-op, I have my old face shape back with the asymmetry resolved. I have a delicate, small chin that's in line with my original face, but with no recession. The swelling is way better than the first time - some in the chin, some chipmunk cheeks, but nothing around my midface or eyes that I can tell. The doctor who performed the revision attributed this to the pocket being cut too large the first time. I know that Dr. Price has gotten great results for other patients, but I wanted to provide this review as I know genioplasty is a commonly desired surgery for young Asian women. This doctor may not be the right choice if you have that profile. Edit: I hesitated to say this, but I would also encourage young women in my position to look at Asian doctors. I think part of what went awry here is that Western beauty standards are not the same - here it's considered good for even women to have a strong jaw or a mature look. As people in my community know, for Asian women, neither of those things is positive. But tastes differ. Know what you want and communicate it, but there are benefits to working with people who know our culture.

Watched numerous people who checked in after me get seen, no big deal, happens all the time. I get called, get my weight taken, give a urine sample, and get taken to an exam room. I waited, and waited, nothing. At 12:40, I finally decided to find out why I am still waiting to be seen. I walk up front, the woman at the desk seems bothered when I mentioned that I had still not been seen. She checked with the PA, who they had scheduled me with, and she was still in with the previous patient. I informed her that I cannot wait all day, that I have to get back to work. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I told her no I'll find another doctor. This is not the first time I have been made to wait an unacceptable amount of time, when I arrive on time. They simply do not care about wasting your time. Their customer service is terrible and is obviously not a priority.
