He's also a very good communicator, focused on the patient. Would we go to him again? Not because we love root canals, or because its so damn costly, but he knows what he is doing. I think what sets the office apart from its competitors is that his staff is genuinely customer service oriented towards their clients. It's rare to see a practice have such a high level of attentiveness, empathy, and compassion for their patients given the amount of business they do. You are treated quite literally like family. It's incredible. Kelly (who works at the front desk) is one of the kindest & friendliest people one could ever meet. I have had five other crowns over the years with other dental practices and never had a problem with those crowns. the crown from Vaughn was very bulky and not smooth. I am saving my money so I can go to another place and get another crown made.
