Literally right off the highway. The office is very clean as well as the patient rooms. His office manager Angie is fabulous! She always returns phone messages quickly and makes sure to get you in. Dr. Mascia really is fantastic! He always listens to my concerns, he takes his time, and is very thorough. He is also a very good doctor. He always stays late to squeeze patients in, but never runs late, and never rushes! I am very lucky to have a great MD, he is the best!!!

I understand the mammogram, but I, her husband, asked to come in for the ultrasound of her breast, but was denied. There is no good excuse for this since my with just went through breast cancer, and I have a lot of experience with diagnostic ultrasound and can often see things even the best techs can't. I find it ludicrous and absurd that I can't even sit in for a simple ultrasound for my wife for absolutely no reason. Policy IS NOT a good reason, just an excuse. I will add my one star to their already two star rating. Very poor place. Do not re comment this place.

I came back last year and am so thrilled to have done so! I see Timothy Rausch APRN for my primary care. He is absolutely incredible! He always takes the time to listen thoroughly, never pushes specific treatment on me, and is all around wonderful. Tim's bedside manner is out of this world (in a good way)! He's seen me at my best and worst. Last summer, I had an anxiety attack while in his office - and he helped me through it, just by listening and offering support. To me, that means oh so much. Just a few months ago, there were issues getting my medication for my anxiety and other things. It was super frustrating for me and quite an ordeal! What did Tim do? He and I discussed other options for medicine that would be helpful for me. Just recently (a little over a month ago), both Tim and myself were able to find an alternative. At first, I was a little on edge about this medication. Tim didn't push me into taking it, he thought it was worth a try. Of course, Tim did this with good intentions. So now, it's almost a month later and this medication I'm now on has been working so well for me. He is highly intelligent and full of compassion, as well as knowledge and empathy! Tim works in an office where I'm always feeling at ease and welcome. Never have I ever felt anxious or disrespected by anyone there. His assistants are all so kind. The receptionists always greet me with a warm smile and a hello. Honestly, there are times where I feel anxious about seeing the doctor - but Tim is different than all the others I've worked with and seen. Something about him makes me feel at ease, as I'm in the greatest of care! I will continue being a patient of Tim's because there is no other doctor that can compare to him IMO. All around fabulous and I most certainly could not be anymore grateful and appreciative of Tim and the care I receive!

I used to take my 87 year old father here to see his doctor. Staff members gossip about other…read morepatients could be heard in the waiting area. This always seemed very unprofessional. One day my father called to have a prescription refilled. The staff member insisted he was no longer a patient. What kind of physician or office staff turns away an 87 year old patient?

I love my nurse practioner at this practice but the admin who just called me was rude rude rude…read morerude rude. She said I had to log onto Mychart to read a note from the nurse and see my test results. I told her as I had explained to the nurse before i didnt know how to do that and didn't have access. She said the instructions would be available once I logged on. Makes no sense at all. Totally totally uncaring and rude person considering all I wanted was to ask a question about my test results. Shouldn't be working in the medical profession which requires interaction with people.
