Len Goodfellow is extremely rude and deeply unprofessional. I invited him to my home for a quote for domestic removal. He gave me an hour slot for the quotation visit and arrived with a minute to spare in the allotted slot - I told him we'd have to rush it as I had to get somewhere by an hour later and he was rude saying I should have booked a different slot. I voiced that, to me, booking an hour slot gave the expectation of being done by the end of that time. He had not called in advance to warn me he'd probably be late. He didn't try to rearrange or see if he could help some other way. He was aggressive and rude and snarled at me "I can't be arsed with this" (those were his actual words) and walked out my front door. When I phoned them to complain the woman on the phone kept putting the phone down, first without saying anything then claiming I was aggressive. I was angry and upset and had a right to be, but not aggressive by any means. When she did deign to speak to me (sixth call) she defended him as though his behaviour was acceptable. As a woman on her own I felt threatened in my own home. Avoid this company like the plague! I am giving 1 star to draw attention but if could give negative stars then I would.
