Had my unit for 4 years and never previously had an issue. However I have been struggling with my health and have been in and out of hospital for 2 months as well as being 8 months pregnant. I had a delivery arrive unexpectedly (a few missing items from one that had already arrived and been collected) and had explained on multiple occasions to the staff my health issues and that I was in hospital but still received a total lack of sympathy and demanded I collect them that day or I'll be banned from accessing my post.(I cannot lift anything) Really unimpressed and will be making a formal complaint read more

I needed a safe and secure lock up as I had to move out of my flat and back into my brother's house as the landlord wanted the flat back to sell it. The staff at storage mart were very friendly and very efficient. They were also very knowledgeable as I gave them a list of items to go into storage and them instantly knew the size of the lock up I'd need, and they were spot on. The first month was free which was brilliant and I had access 24 7 which was also brilliant. The only thing you need to buy is a padlock for your unit. I think their prices start at about 10 pounds but I went to b and q and bought a 50mm padlock ( perfect size )for a fiver. All in all I would definitely recommend storage mart to anyone. read more
