I had my gutters cleaned 4 months ago. A week later I inserted anti leave balls to prevent the down pipes from getting blocked by leaves. I have noticed lately that there was no water in my water reservoir that is connected to the the down pipe. As we have had a lot of rain lately, I concluded that the down pipe must be blocked. Ben Gutters insisted that they have cleaned the down pipes but their Guarantee only covers 2 months. They refused to have a look at the down pipe unless I pay another £60.00 for a call out fee. No way could the down pipe be blocked during this short time unless it was never cleared by them. Beware! Two months is not a guarantee. read more
