From the moment I called in, and spoke with Andrew, the process was smooth and painless. First off Arrow scheduled an appointment with me within a time that week which suited us both. Arrow Roofing, arrived on time and were very professional. They took the time to closely inspect my problematic roof and reviewed all options with me. Within a week I had a very professional and detailed estimate that included exactly what I would get and what I could expect to pay. After researching a few more companies for price, quality, and professionalism comparison, it was an easy decision to go with Arrow Roofing. I called Arrow, who are very easy to get a hold of by phone,or email and was scheduled me in. Andrew told me he would be at my house November 15th at 7am. The morning came and Andrew and his guys were at my house on the hour. They came ready to work. They even gave me some tarps to cover the inside of an enclosed patio that I did realize would let debris in. His crew was great. They worked very efficiently and clean. With a storm coming, Andrew ensured my wife and I that it would be done before hand. True to his word, Andrew and his crew finished just a few hours before the rain came down. All in all great company, Arrow roofing are easy going and knowledgeable. The job was done in two and half days and the crew left the work area and all surrounding free of debris. John & Ed arrived and after talking through exactly what I wanted doing, got to work. They did an excellent job and were happy to stop when I wanted to check things out, before moving on. They did exactly as I wanted and were patient and courteous whilst I sorted through the bits of logs I wanted to keep. They did a final check with me that I was happy before doing a complete clean up of any mess left. You wouldn't even know they'd been here it was left so tidy. An excellent job by a super team. While I…read morewasn't sure what to expect, they totally blew me away and impressed me, not only with their level of professionalism and genuine care for tenants' health during COVID (masks and all), but also with the quality of their work, craftmanship, communication on what's being done and any changes I need to be aware of, and proactiveness: there were a couple things they did not so much because they had to, but because they wanted to go above and beyond and make my life easier and protect my safety, like changing the position of sockets to make sure they're not too close to the hob, or installing handy slots for different plugs in my kitchen cabinet - and it was all done within the time allocated, as promised.
