I found Tony's on the internet, called to explain the situation and within 3 hours, Tony arrived with ladders to reach the guttering at 30 feet high; Tony cleared the gutters and hoppers and said that gutter was sloping backwards; he removed & realigned that gutter and placed new brackets. He could have just cleaned the small amount of debris and left it misaligned, but he was very professional and kind and repaired the slope for the same price quoted which for over 2 hours work, was admirable and kind. He then told me asphelt was the wrong material for a balcony and bullied me into paying him more to lay RPG. The asphelt is still melting over the edge from under the RPG and the RPG has cracked all round the edge. He still has not sent the guarantee he promised and now doesn't answer his phone when I call. This is just a list of the facts, I could write a lot more about the bullying and his lies. I would give no stars (or minus) if I could but that doesn't seem to be an option here.
