Had David come out to try and program a smart key I bought from Amazon for my 2009 Rav4. David had indicated that the Amazon keys don't always program and mine didn't. David was able to program a universal key he had, at a reasonable price. I chose Goodfellows over the many locksmiths out there because on my initial call to them, David was extremely helpful with excellent customer service traits. I highly recommend using these people (especially David). read more

1/15/25 Called Goodfellow Locksmith because my 10-year-old electric lock has been giving me troubles this whole past fall. (Already changed the batteries, and the bolt fit the door fine.) Sometime it is a real concern that I'm not going to be able to lock my door at night! It started giving me fits again, so yesterday I called Harry at Goodfellow locks, and asked if he could come out tomorrow, which he did. Like everyone else who has interacted with Harry, I was super pleased with how everything went! After he fixed my front door, I told him I have a bit of a problem with my back door flip-over-the-lock thing as a backup to my deadbolt, but over time, my house has shifted, and it wouldn't work properly. Honestly, I had a handyman here in the fall, and HE didn't know what to do to fix it, so I just let it go. But Harry looked at it and said "I know what to do to fix this! Let me go get my screw gun." And in less than 3 minutes, Harry had fixed my back door backup lock too! What a relief to have both my front door and my back door secure and working great!! I am going to go put Harry's name in my address book as my go-to locksmith now. I really enjoyed meeting him, and he worked very quickly and efficiently. Price was lower than I expected, too, VERY reasonable! Thanks, Harry! read more

Harry and David responded quickly to my request (minutes) and repairs (less than an hour) for my home and auto needs. I needed four doors rekeyed, and a car fob reprogrammed with a replacement. They provided a quote over the phone, but when Harry arrived, he realized my locks were not traditional but multipoint locks, which take more time. Regardless, he honored the pricing quoted to me over the phone. They went to work and fixed everything at the agreed-upon price. They took time to go over everything afterward to ensure my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them in the future. Thanks guys! read more
