However, just when I thought I was in the clear a new critter decided to take up residency under my home after the Polar Vortex of 2019. This time my problem was bigger and noisier. My new tenants were POSSUMS. Yes you read that right, plural....POSSUMS. I called and spoke to Ron once again on a Sunday morning. This was unexpected. I was ready to leave a message. Sure enough possums had dug up under my gut rehabbed home and found a hidden crawl space between my basement and first floor. Shawron came out once again to trap the possums. This took several weeks because there were 4 possums trapped inside and 1 trapped outside. The traps had to be baited and reset daily. My house has been sealed off to close off entry and exit points. I was 8 months pregnant and just moved into a new place in Bucktown. I noticed I may have a rodent issue after my trash was spewed everywhere in our kitchen. I reached out to these guys and they told me they wanted to not only check my unit, but the whole building as they didn't believe it was an isolated case. While I was waiting for the green light to grant them access, I heard something under the sink late at night and gave them a call. They came right out that night and left some traps. They caught the rat in the trap the next day! They left the traps just in case as when there is one, there's 5. Thank goodness they did, because one of our traps caught one, but it was still alive when my husband and I return back from work. This was around 7pm. They came out that night, maybe 30min after I found the live trapped rat and they killed it right then and there. Since then, they closed the holes where the rats were getting in not only in my unit, but in the basement of our building as well. They did a VERY thorough job. I have not seen or heard a rat since. I prayed and ask God to please send me someone that would help and handle the job with these unwanted pest. I had gotten roaches and mice from 2 neighbors that brought them. The whole building had them and for the roaches I tried the powder, the spray, the needle poison, you name it, I even used bleach to clean and they just wouldn't leave. Ron came and with 1 visit he cleared them up and I have never seen them again. I'm not lying when I tell you that I never saw them after the visit again. Ron was such a blessing. We inherited bugs when we bought our house. I called Ron, he answered right away and was able to come out the very next day to discuss our options. I had called before the long Christmas weekend and when we were scheduling the appointment he said there would be someone available all weekend, whatever was convenient for me. He arrived early after calling to make sure it was a good time and did a very thorough job evaluating the problem and discussing my options. Simply one of the best service providers I've ever worked with. I had an issue with the presence of rats inside of the house and tried unsuccessfully to trap them for a couple days before I contacted Ron. He was able to catch the rat on the first day and subsequent intruders on additional days and was effectively on-call day and night to remove the rats when caught and investigate any additional sound/activity. In a couple days, he resolved the issue. He was extraordinary attentive and sensitive to the issues surrounding my children and pet when setting and retrieving traps. I received a call about a possible rat from a tenant, and so wanted someone out asap. I called several companies and was told someone would get back to me. After waiting a couple of hours, I tried "Good Riddance" and Ron himself answered, which itself was a relief. He said he'd be out at 11:15am and showed up early and waited for me to arrive. From start to finish, he was great. He reassured me it was a mouse (not a rat!), inspected the outside and inside very thoroughly, and put down rodenticide where the droppings were. This dude is a fraud. We called him to get rid of the rat in the basement. He charged $400, and only put rocks down in my mother's basement. When she called back to ask him if he could put a few rat traps down, he said that she didn't need any. When I told him that I heard scratching downstairs, he told me I didn't hear anything. He said he wasn't going to put ANY rat traps down, and told her not to call him again. He did not stop or kill any rats, as they are still present after his visit. DO NOT USE HIM! He's shady, deceptive, very unprofessional, arrogant, and just plain ghetto!! I wish I could give him 0 stars. read more

He was very though in explaining how he kill the Bedbugs using the powder, Cryonite, and other chemicals. I also hired him to exterminate mice and ants that came from outside into my vents. He sealed and plugged up the holes in my back yard by the foundation. He even made time to call me to check if the extermination eliminated the bedbugs, mice, and ants; THEY ARE GONE!
