Love this place! The patio is super cute and allow dogs. The service is always friendly and they also walk me through the drafts which is helpful. The also have games you can play which is nice. I got the flight which was $10 and got the friendo, supernatural, axe, and another I can't remember. My favorite was the friendo which was on the lighter side.

Agave margarita was delicious. You can get a salt or tajin rim

Great beer selection and nice relaxing atmosphere. It was great that they had other choices for those that don't drink beer.

Dogs permitted in outdoor seating area.

Nice community beer company. We were within walking distance but it's very accessible, seems to be plenty of parking. Server was fine, friendly and got the order filled. They have a decent selection in a nice variety. The place looks new and very clean. I had the Electric Candlelight, this is a Schwarzbier (think dark, stout like with those coffee/chocolate flavors). Good choice and they have nice customized glasses with their name on them. Outside seating area is nice, a fine place to have your dog (if he's well behaved like ours). We will certainly return to try a few more of the offerings.

Seating inside and out on the patio. Very relaxed place. Had a cider, wine, and a margarita if you don't drink beer.

If I drank beer I might give 5 stars, but I avoid gluten so I don't drink beer. This is a great spot in a great neighborhood, with easy parking and nice ambiance inside and out. If the weather is nice, definitely go for outside. Your wine choices are white, red or sparkling. Not really a place for wine drinkers, but sometimes we accompany our buddies to brew pubs. I had the white. It was fine. My friend really enjoyed her brew. Give this place a try!

Love the beer in this great little neighborhood brewery! They also have cold brew coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages. The patio is a nice space when the weather's nice, and you can bring in food from nearby Capital Pizza if you want a snack. I would give it five stars, but there is one rather annoying issue here that I hope they rectify: They let kids run around in the taproom. Like, literally racing each other through the space...slamming against the walls and yelling. Makes for an unwelcoming atmosphere for those who want to talk and enjoy a drink. A brewpub shouldn't feel like a madhouse daycare center.

Best beer in Lubbock! This is a great taproom. If you are passing through town, definitely stop and try their beer. Super friendly staff!

Nice brewery. Chill vibe, ample bartop and picnic table seating inside. Good service. My Octoberfest beer was smooth and light.

I haven't returned to Mano Negra since it moved from its old location in Cactus Alley to the heart of Lubbock. Their old spot was very tight but had such an unadulterated charm that made the space feel special. The new location feels a lot more modern, but as its fanbase continues to grow, it needed more space to work with anyway. Inside, there's a huge wall of art and plenty of seating, and it feels like a place that doesn't belong in Lubbock. It feels so mid-city that it almost made me emotional. In the back lies their bar, where they serve their famed sangria, house-brewed beers, and other beverages. Their bartenders are super knowledgeable and will help you make the right choice. In the corner are a few arcade machines, including Street Fighter II, Mortal Kombat II, Defender, and Pac-Man. There are also plenty of board games to pick up as well. As for the drinks, the Sunset Sangria and their Sandia Sangria I had were both exceptional. Good sangria hits like nothing I've ever had before. Mano Negra's new spot has a great deal of outdoor seating and patio space. If the inside gets too loud or too crowded, and if there's live music like there was when I went, it can get LOUD. The outdoor space offers a quiet escape and a great conversation spot on a cool night in Lubbock. The overall vibe and energy of Mano Negra are lively. The Brazilian students playing music in the corner brought out a new level of energy to the night, and I had a blast going here. I warn that their drinks are a little strong and the energy can get a little hot, so you may find yourself three drinks deep, unable to resist getting your dance on a little bit. Have a little fun with it. RIYL: Feeling A L I V E on a Friday night

I feel like Bierhaus is a place worthy of two separate reviews, so I'm going to write it as such:…read more I. Bierhaus has the best burgers in Lubbock. I am not even going to front with you. Their buns have such a sweetness to them mixed with a sharp and well-cooked patty, American cheese (a must in a cheeseburger), and their haus sauce that is like a thousand island style sauce that all combines into a delight. It always has a hefty weight to it and a well balanced amount of tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. How do you explain the concept of a burger? It's really just something special. I like coming here for lunch. It's a bar at the end of the day, but their burgers are what make me want to come back. Many times in college, a friend would suggest Bierhaus, and I would tell them yes only if we got there before their kitchen closed because I needed a burger. They also give you a ton of fries. More fries than you'll ever need with a burger. That's awesome. Being in Texas, you see a lot of places offer a patty melt similar to the ones at Whataburger. A lot of places try to make a higher version dupe of a patty melt, and I think it always falls flat, but Bierhaus's does a pretty good job of being its own thing. Thank you for good food, Bierhaus. RIYL: Boorger II. Bierhaus is a great starter bar for a night out as a college kid in Lubbock. I don't think it's a place to end up if you're hitting multiple spots, but I find it endearing as a warm up spot or a one and done on a chill night. The two story indoor space can be loud, but there's a lot of booths for hanging around and chatting, with plenty of TVs. The outdoor patio has a different energy with swings, large tables, and a DJ. They always have a great selection of beers and good deals to go around. It was one of the few bars in Lubbock to offer cans of peebers (PBRs), which was always exciting for me. They also have their Capri Funs, which I always enjoy. Bierhaus is worth the party. RIYL: Brewskis

We arrived early evening so there was plenty of seating. Our server was Megan. She was excellent. We started off with the sidewinders - shrimp and cheese stuffed in a jalapeno and fried. They were tasty. We also ordered the steak tip salad and went old school with the chopped steak. All were delicious. I even enjoyed one of their home brews - Windmill Wheat. We were too stuffed for dessert, so we ordered a bread pudding to go... Oh, my deliciousness - I had the bread pudding later that night, I wish we had ordered two. Highly recommend it!!!
