The Studio is always tidy, and the staff is always helpful and kind. The classes are great regardless of your level of fitness; there is something for everyone! I have taken at least one class with every instructor. They all bring something different to the table. Of course, I have my favorite instructors - should out to Josh and Natalya! But every single instructor is truly great! Prior to joining, staff thoroughly explained their scheduling and cancellation policies so there are no surprises. If you have ever been interested in reformer, mat, or chair pilates this is the place for you!

The instructor/owner let us know a few times we should have booked private instruction, I thought because of his back. Class was pretty amazing, again our first time so it kicked our butts. We were obviously the beginners of the group but we tried our best to keep up and I don't believe we slowed the class down. I was feeling pretty good afterwards, it's been a while since I "did a workout" and had that nice endorphin rush; I told her we'd def be back, presumably for private sessions. It's just... on the way out I overheard the instructor greeting students for the next class and what she said just made me not want to return. "Have you done Pilates before?" The girls answered yes. "Oh, thank God! I'm dying..." So, yeah. If you know what you're doing and are going for the routine and equipment, it's a lovely space. If you want to go to a class to learn how to do Pilates, it sounds like this is not really the place for that.
