Beaumont truly needed a place like this! Great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and the kind of place that makes you want to come back. It's become our family's weekly dinner spot. The food is always amazing. We have to order the shrimp every time because it's that good, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The burgers are also incredible and never disappoint. We tried new fries too. Regular fries with the truffle stuff. So good! Drinks are cold & refreshing A big reason we keep coming back is the service. Riley is usually our server, and she's absolutely wonderful. We are always greeted with a smile, and given great fast service. Another thing, my daughter is usually very shy, but her and Riley just talk the whole time! A server that goes out of their way to make every guest comfortable, is a great server! We wanted to wait out the traffic before heading back to Hemet. The World Cup was on so we pulled into Good Intentions so we could watch the United States team play (and hopefully win!) and then maybe overlap into the Dodger game. This is our first time here, and upon entering, it's a cozy space with a long bar plus cafe tables along the wall, tables elsewhere throughout and 7 TVs around the bar. We picked a seat at the bar and Brie took our order for drinks. They currently serve beer and wine, but they have wine versions of spirits so we tried "tequila shots" made with an agave wine. I was surprised that they tasted good! We ordered the mac-n-cheese and the fish and chips, and both were so good!!! The noodles for the mac-n-cheese are cavatappi - that fancy spiral noodle! So much great cheese and flavor in every bite! The fish and chips was plated beautifully with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, coleslaw, and packets of malt vinegar. I got some ketchup for the fries and dove in! The fish was light on the inside and crispy on the outside - perfection! The fries were breaded and had the perfect crisp and flavor! The coleslaw was a bit bland (add some salt and vinegar to zip it up) but that's just a little side dish and was still good. We will be back for sure! Went in with no expectations and the service was good the food was decent I ordered chicken tenders and sweet potato fries which were good They have a country vibe like a honky tonk Texas bar. Be aware as many places are now adding fees for paying with credit cards and or debt cards so is this place I'm not sure if it's legal to charge for using a debt card in California I paid cash but it still irks me that so many places can violate the rules Probably won't be eating here again it's just not all that special and I'd rather go to chili's where I know the quality is better and the cost is less for a QP burger and o get free chips too I suppose if one likes to drink beer and eat fried food this would be ok read more

One thing I noticed that made me not come back because of personal preference was the place is a good spot if you just wanna drink and sit at the bar not really a sit down place to have dinner with family ect. I did notice a girl wearing the uniform and drinking sitting at the bar. Not sure if she was off the clock but she went behind the bar a couple times. She looked tipsy already but as a business that gave me a bad vibe. If they are off the clock they should not wear their uniform while drinking and go behind the bar. First time at Good Intensions and heard a lot of good reviews. Not quite as we expected. Not much to look at inside but a bar atmosphere with large screen TVs with sports displayed. We thought it was going to be a quiet restaurant and not a bar. Also, no parking at all near the street. We were lucky to find one spot left in a back alley nearby. Although the food and service were very good. But be prepared for a wait after you order the food. Also, they charge extra for using a Credit Card instead of cash. It took us 50 minutes to finally receive our meals. There was only one employee who was a server and bartender as well, so she was very busy. Wow I am so excited for this business! The service, music, FOOD!! Absolutely delicious. This takes bar food to a new level. I tried the Diablo burger, onion ring tower, and club flatbread and save room for dessert but definitely get the cookie skillet!! Diablo burger had such a good kick and tasted phenomenal with the ranch. Onion rings are always delicious and these were nice and crispy. I recently visited this establishment with friends and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the customer service from one particular staff member, whose attitude and lack of professionalism negatively impacted our visit from start to finish. This information should have been communicated clearly beforehand to avoid confusion and disappointment. As for the food, the wings and corn sticks were actually very good. The loaded fries were decent, although the bacon was initially missing and had to be requested separately. However, several other items fell far below expectations. The calamari turned out to be frozen-style calamari sticks rather than traditional calamari, the fried pickles were soggy, and the fried shrimp arrived both cold and soggy. What was most concerning was when our food was brought to the table and an entire container of marinara sauce was spilled onto my friend's lap. There was no genuine apology, concern, or effort to assist beyond handing us a few napkins. No one offered to help clean up the mess or showed any urgency regarding the situation. Thankfully, she was able to clean herself up, but that level of customer care is unacceptable in any restaurant setting. This review is not about seeking discounts or compensation. It's about basic customer service, accountability, and professionalism. When a business markets itself as a restaurant and bar, customers expect restaurant-quality service and food. My husband and I came here for a date night and decided to try Good Intentions--it definitely lived up to the hype. The Good Intentions Burger was so good..... juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they don't cut corners on quality. The wings were just as impressive, fried first and then smothered in sauce, which keeps them nice and crunchy. The mango habanero wings had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and the BBQ wings were classic and packed with flavor. We also both ordered Modelo micheladas, and honestly, they were some of the best I've had... super refreshing and made just right. What really stood out though was the owner, so kind and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers and treat you like family, which makes the whole experience even better. I had a pretty disappointing experience here. The food was not good at all it tasted like it was frozen and then fried, which was pretty unappetizing. The service was equally terrible. One of the servers was extremely rude and dismissive, which really soured the mood. Luckily, an older server was kind and tried to make up for the issues, but it wasn't enough to salvage the experience. To make matters worse, our bill came to $145 for just appetizers for me and two friends. During the meal, the server dropped sauce all over me and didn't bother to clean it up or even clear the table afterward. I ended up having to clean everything myself, which was just the final straw. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. The food and service both need a lot of improvement as they say they are a bar and restaurant we expect restaurant quality. As we paid the bill nor asked for anything discounts this Is not the first review of this caliber. But the attitude is unwarranted! read more
