I was really excited about them having kombucha on tap. The honey ginger and the white tea were delicious!! They were nice enough to let us try the flavors before we bought some. I've been looking for a spot here in Green Bay and of all places, this might be my go-to spot for tea and herbs! I don't have much taste right now, but my wife LOVED their hibiscus tea. And I don't think I ever heard her say she loved a tea. We bought a bag. Plus, I LOVE how you can bring in your own container to fill and weigh. Going green is always a plus with me! They have a ton of other great things to explore in the store. If you're into oils, they even have oils and a DIY station. I didn't look into their oils and offerings in that space, so I'm not sure the quality. HIGHLY recommend. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly!

Then had no idea where it went. She had to help me. It was rather frustrating. Then, she apologizes to the person behind me for being patient. Excuse me? Your store suggested I get the card, which I then had to struggle with it (yes, I'm non-tech), trying my patience, and she saw me as the problem. No, the app/website/whatever-it-is was. You should have been kind to me, as well; I am also a customer. This happened 11/13/24 around 11:15, 11:30 a.m.

I asked the owner about the return policy and she stated as long as they're unopened with the receipt they will take them back, so I bought them. After showing the products to my husband he decided against one of them, so I came back in to return it. The owner had a fit as one of the corners of the box (unopened)was dented (very minor) and she said she can't sell it anymore and that she'd throw it away. She refused to give me back the money I paid for it and instead issued an in-store credit. NOT great customer service. The other products that my husband did try unfortunately didn't help.

The Green Bay location offers numerous flavored oils, vinegars, and salts along with other spices,…read moreteas, and cooking items. All the the oils are stored in large metal tins with a spout that you pour into little plastic shot glasses to taste alone or with a cube of bread, the same is true for the vinegars. We purchased a Jalapeno Oil which has a nice consistent heat, and a White 12 year Balsamic Vinegar which is liter yet maintains a strong flavor without being too tart. My parents love this place and when not purchasing items or attending their cooking classes they are shopping for friends, all items will make great gifts. The oils are more pricey but are of excellent quality. (the Jalapeno Oil was $20 for a tall bottle)
