*Beware of Owner on a power trip* I went in to buy some new products for my husband when he was ill. I asked the owner about the return policy and she stated as long as they're unopened with the receipt they will take them back, so I bought them. After showing the products to my husband he decided against one of them, so I came back in to return it. The owner had a fit as one of the corners of the box (unopened)was dented (very minor) and she said she can't sell it anymore and that she'd throw it away. She refused to give me back the money I paid for it and instead issued an in-store credit. NOT great customer service. The other products that my husband did try unfortunately didn't help. read more

Owner can be brusque at times, but I kept going back because they have good products. The final straw was when I bought a product and was overcharged by $3.00 (the display had one price, but I was charged another). I let it go because I was in a hurry and also thought maybe I made a mistake, But I had to go back anyway in 3 days, so I checked my receipt and then checked the displayed price and I was correct. I brought this to the gal's attention and she said, "Oh, well they didn't pull the incorrect price from the shelf." (She then took the incorrect price tag off.) So I'm standing there holding my receipt waiting for some kind of apology or refund of the $3.00. I received neither. Seem to me if you want to keep your customers coming back, you'd give them their money back that was incorrectly taken from them. read more

Always GREAT customer service and fantastic options. Each time I'm there I find myself trying something new and finding more items I'll buy again. I really don't want to ship anywhere else for vitamins, supplements and other health items. Highly recommended!!! read more

I like Terry Naturally, they have almost everything you can't find in other health food stores. They have every supplement you can imagine and the staff is very helpful when you have questions about different supplements and they are never pushy. I also like the support of local products, I use Erth Minerals make up and am happy to be able to buy it here. The only downside is it is pricey to shop here and that may be off putting to some people. That being said, being sick is expensive too so there is the trade off. read more

I would give their product 5 stars but beware of their website and autoship orders. Their website states you can cancel anytime but there is actually NO option to do that. They advertise they have a chat but you can only leave a message to receive an email response. Hours later I received an email stating they could not locate my account. I had to send them a snapshot of my account on their website because they could not look it up with my last name or email address. I tried to call and got someone's voicemail. It took multiple emails to get a confirmation to cancel autoship. Even though eventually I received two emails that it was cancelled, a WEEK LATER THEY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN! I have spent all morning again contacting them to cancel and credit my account and a couple hours later I receive the same messages that it's cancelled. I hope so, we'll see. read more

Overheard the senior employee say something to the effect of "coronavirus isn't as bad as AIDS", which struck me as rather insensitive. I have HIV and therefore am at greater risk of contracting coronavirus, and I was taken aback by the nonchalant nature of this comment. No, coronavirus is not (yet) 'as bad as AIDS', but maybe instead of using that as an excuse to do nothing, we should instead learn from that epidemic. Honestly expected more, as the location in Suamico seems to be taking the virus seriously with some protections for their employees. Will not be returning to Bellvue location. read more
