Note: all their bowls are now like TSCafe....premixed. I will go there and get the same for 2/3 less cost...and they are nicer than Bona Fide employees. Too bad...I LOVED this place. The shot didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked, but understand that's not the purpose of it. I appreciate the straightforward labeling of the packaging as far as ingredients go and love that it's locally made! The bowl was delicious, I worked at a restaurant similar to this in Madison WI, and this was a bowl recipe that I hadn't seen before. It was still super cold when it made it to me! The pictures on their menu are very accurate to what I got. One note is if you're located further away from the restaurant to request that the toppings be put on the side as they get soggy. The price point is a little high for my liking but on par with the place I used to work. I'll definitely be stopping here again as a treat!

We stopped in this afternoon for some tea and protein packed shakes. Safe to say we were not disappointed! They have all sorts of fun deals throughout the week. Along with their tasty shakes, they have protein balls and a sample size protein powder that can be added to drinks. I got the pink starburst, it was just what I wanted - a fruity yet sour drink 10/10! One of the staff members explained that the added protein makes the drink both a snack and beverage. My sister got a s'mores shake that she loved. I'll definitely be returning - would be a fun place to hang once COVID numbers decrease!

We were there early on a Saturday morning in February and were the only customers. We got to know the owner and the history of the coffee house. They are super friendly. The wait time may be a little longer than you'd expect from a large restaurant because they only have 1 cook. If that turns out to be the case let me tell you it's worth the wait.
