Note: all their bowls are now like TSCafe....premixed. I will go there and get the same for 2/3 less cost...and they are nicer than Bona Fide employees. Too bad...I LOVED this place. I went straight for the Mango Halo Halo -- and it was identical to what I get back home. Same flavors, same quality, same love in every layer. That consistency across locations is genuinely impressive and tells you everything about how seriously Bambu takes their craft. What stood out: Mango Halo Halo -- spot-on, no corners cut Service -- warm, friendly, and efficient even late in the evening Pricing -- matches Chicago locations, so no sticker shock This is a small, locally owned business bringing authentic Vietnamese dessert drinks to a city that deserves it. If you're a chè lover or just dessert-curious, don't walk -- run. I'll absolutely be back every time I'm in Green Bay.

Most recently, a staff member wearing a sweater (while everyone else was in uniform), with an asymmetrical greenish-blue haircut, was completely rude when I asked for my food to be remade because it came out the second I finished paying--clearly made before I even pulled up. She didn't say a word, handed me the food, and slammed the window in my face. This isn't the first time I've experienced attitude from staff here, and never once have I received a professional apology. I've also never seen a manager, supervisor, or anyone in charge on-site. At this point, I no longer expect professionalism from this location, which is disappointing after giving them multiple chances.

Along with their tasty shakes, they have protein balls and a sample size protein powder that can be added to drinks. I got the pink starburst, it was just what I wanted - a fruity yet sour drink 10/10! One of the staff members explained that the added protein makes the drink both a snack and beverage. My sister got a s'mores shake that she loved. I'll definitely be returning - would be a fun place to hang once COVID numbers decrease!

They make juices and smoothies, and they use Herbalife stuff for their smoothies. It took me a while to figure out but they had before and after pictures of people that have used the product. They have a long list of smoothies, and when I mean long, I mean over 30 choices!! I ended up getting a juice because it was intimidating with all the choices, plus most of them didn't seem appetizing to me. I like fruit tasting smoothies, and all of these were basically desserts and candy. The closest fruity option was strawberry cheesecake and blueberry muffin. Again, I got a raspberry margarita juice. It was a little sweet for me...it did taste like a margarita so it really wasn't that bad. I went on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy. There were four staff and they were all vigorously making shakes. It took a little bit for me to get service. The first time you get there, the ordering service is a little odd. There are small pieces of paper scattered around on the counter that I was apparently supposed to fill out. Because it was my first time, I had to fill out a Google Form on a tablet. What scared me was the title of the form said Membership Registration. What am I getting myself into? I was reassured that it's not an actual membership, but I was required to give my phone number and email...so I can't wait to unsubscribe from that. It's not a bad place, just not for me. I guess I wish the ordering process was presented better and have your register person be more dedicated to that and welcoming customers and explain the process if you're new to the store.
