I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! I have gone on cleaning frenzies in the past, but I have never in my life existed in such a clean space. I am thrilled with how my space is now, the difference is night and day. I have to use them for regular cleaning if for no other reason than I had no idea it was possible to have my house so clean! Seriously... check these people out. They kick ass! I keep finding new stuff they cleaned that would have never occurred to me to clean, and I continue to be impressed by their fanatical dedication to quality cleaning. Also, they didn't even ask me to write this review. They genuinely cleaned my place so hard I feel compelled to tell other people about it. The technicians are masked and have us fill out a form ahead of time as well in which we promise we will adhere to the guidelines. The office is very responsive to any of your needs and they do it with a smile. This company is simply the best there is in Seattle. They have different packages to choose from as well depending on the level of detail and thoroughness that you want. They also have these great things called task blocks in which you can add on certain tasks such as doing laundry, doing dishes, organizing, basically anything you want. As for the cleaning quality, I'd say it was about 95% there but not perfection (I suppose nothing ever is perfect). A couple spots could have used more attention but it wasn't worth revisiting (and they did remove some nasty, really hard to remove stains that we'd been unable to remove ourselves). I'd recommend.

I have tried for well over a week to have the owner confirm that she is insured & bonded…read more After several delays & her trying to just schedule a cleaning, I asked - 3rd time for proof of insurance & her bond. Tula asked to meet me to show me her insurance & bond bc they are 'dealing with many scammers & unsolicitors'. While not super convenient, I agreed to meet, saying that it was important for me to first verify her insurance before hiring her. She then replies: 'Let me tell you that we are small family company, we have only 4 people working. And to be honest, we are same as other cleaning peoples, struggling to find clients, also dealing with issues that we face everyday. We do make mistakes like breaking peoples stuff, using wrong products we don't have to use etc. if you're thinking that we are not trusted,or dishonest, we can't work together in the future even if we show you an insurance and bond.' If you're the owner of a business, you should be able to quickly provide proof of your the insurance and bond you say your business has. Doesn't seem like Tula is willing to do this for some reason. I don't appreciate tactics like this that have wasted a lot of my time and also made it seem like my request was unreasonable, or that I don't trust them. How can I trust a business if she can't even provide documentation that they are insured and bonded as they say they are?! Thanks, but no thanks.
