Quite the disappointment in some way... pool did not look appealing like the stock photos. Towels provided at the pool. Secured access. House keeping -- errr. 5/10. Not sure if we had to request housekeeping but we didn't get our room cleaned for our 4 days stay. It's ok as long as towels are replenished. Front desk 10/10 - great customer service. Fitness center 7/10 - who keeps the fitness center at 77 degrees??? Secured 10/10. Super small. Great hospitality with bottle water provided. Would be better to keep them cold like a small fridge. One good thing is that it's next to Snooze (breakfast / brunch place)! Lobby & cafe opened all the time. Just pay for purchases at front desk when closed. Bad hotel room coffee! Do not drink! It must have been old! Love the clothing steamer provided in the room! Several hangers and options to get clothes dry cleaned. Parking is tight. Need arrows in parking lot. The kitty corner lane has two cars going different directions. Barely stayed in the hotel. We went exploring everyday and didn't eat at hotel.

LET ME HELP YOU and that made me smile!!! When displaced, due to natural disaster, one is vulnerable. My biggest fear was where shall I go and will they accept my doggy. Not only a posh establishment but THE HILTON COLLEGE STATION is exceedingly tidy and cleanly kept. One would have never thought pets had been in the hotel. The heart warming comment that was made to me while displaced with my fur baby was "please bring your doggy inside and wait comfortably in the lobby". At that moment I knew I had to share my feelings in this review. THANK YOU HILTON of AGGIE LAND. I aim to share with everyone what a great choice they have made is choosing this hotel!

I stayed at the StayAPT Suites in College Station, TX during a business trip. I had never heard of…read morethe hotel but it was minutes away from my work site so I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel and I really appreciated that they have set quiet hours that are enforced. The quiet hours policy that they share with all guests at checkin gave me confidence that I'd get a good night sleep at the hotel. The room I booked reminded me of a brand new condo unit as it was relatively clean and smelled and looked rather new. The fixtures were nice in the full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. I was placed on the first floor and I typically detest first floor walk up types of rooms for safety reasons but I honestly felt safe in this hotel. There is a small scaled gym that guests can use and free coffee and tea in the lobby area. The hotel is not too far from Texas A&M and close to restaurants and gas stations. Each room has an ironing board and iron and hair dryer. And my room had a living/dining area, full kitchen, two (2) televisions, and a full bathroom. The only thing I wasn't too fond of was there not being a night desk person. However, they give guest a number to call in the night if there are issues or if there is a noise complaint.

I stayed at Stay Apt Suites while working in the area, would highly recommend due to the…read morecleanliness, locatiocomfort, and helpful/friendly staff! 5 out of 5 stars for the excellent customer service provided by Ramiro Flores, General Manager, and Paul Gomez, Regional Director of Sales.

There is a little coffee/mini bar area with a fridge. Across from that there is a little desk. The TV can be seen from the living room or the bed; even at the same time so that's a plus. The bed was fairly comfortable. I wish the blanket had been a little thicker. It was warm in my room when I first entered but it cooled down quickly. There was breakfast in the morning. I think that was the best part of our stay. There was plenty of coffee. Someone made sure everything was restocked regularly. There was juice, milk, and water in pitchers. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were decent as far as hotel breakfasts go. The potatoes were nice and salty. After a night of beverages, they hit the spot. I had fresh fruit with my breakfast which went well the yogurt and granola they offered. There were hard boiled eggs too. I saw cereal and bread alongside a toaster. They offered real plates if you were eating in their little dining room as well as paper plates to bring up to your room. I was the nice sister and brought my brother up some breakfast. I don't often come to College Station but if I do, I'd stay here for the night.

The pool and hot tub are closed off and look like a place no one can hear you scream. The gym is tinier than a closet. They had 2 out of 12 items available on the dinner menu. The parking lot is filled with people doing what seems to be tailgating. Weird vibe. Don't really recommend.
