Yoooooooooooooooooooooo! This place was an absolute lifesaver! My car got broken into while I was in LA, and I was already stressed trying to figure out what to do. I called around and looked at multiple auto glass shops, but this place stood out immediately because they responded the fastest and made the whole process incredibly easy and convenient. Their pricing was very fair, and they didn't cut corners. They used a high-quality replacement glass brand instead of cheap aftermarket materials, which gave me a lot of confidence in the repair. Even though they had to order a few parts, they still had everything fixed and ready in just two days, which was way quicker than I expected. What really impressed me was the customer service. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me out during a stressful situation. They even went above and beyond by vacuuming up every piece of broken glass inside my car and helping clean up the mess, which saved me a ton of time and hassle. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, fast, and stress-free. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and efficient auto glass shop, I can't recommend this place enough. Hopefully I won't need another windshield or window replacement anytime soon, but if I ever do, this will 100% be the first place I call. Highly recommended! read more

I had a rear passenger window break suddenly so I got a few estimates and went with Good Auto Glass. Among all of the quotes I collected, I was surprised that not only was there a huge variation in prices, but especially in time. While other shops (many recommended by insurance) said it would take days, even weeks, to repair and replace it, and quoted more expensive, Sam from Good Auto gave me a very reasonable price and told me it could be fixed in just one day so I gave it a try. Good Auto did a good job, the window matched, was repaired within one day as promised, and looked good as new. So far, it's been over a month and the window is still fine. The glass had originally shattered everywhere on the seats and floor and it was nearly all cleaned up. It's nice to find these local family-owned businesses can still outcompete any of the major auto glass companies. read more

Someone had broken into my car and so they completely shattered my passenger front window. I tried calling various window shops and they all said they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the glass. Thankfully when I called good auto glass, they were very responsive and said they would order the glass and come the next day. I come the next day and they warn me it might take about an hour to an hour and half but suprisingly it was extremely quick! What was even better was the price!!! I'm referring all my friends if something happens to their windows to come here!!! And they cleaned up all the broken glass.. thank you Sam for all your help! read more

Sam has a real shop with proper tools to change out a windshield. This is better than a mobile repair guy working by himself. I have used Good Auto Glass to replace the windshield on my 97 Ford Ranger and my 2012 Ford Escape. Sam put in perfect replacement windshields. They look perfect, fit perfectly, and have no leaks after two years. The cost is lower than other shops in the area. read more

Thank you Sam for helping me replace my windshield at a very reasonable price! I own a 2006 Mazda Tribute and my windshield was badly cracked! Called this establishment and spoke with Sam, gave me an estimate on the phone he said he would charge me $195 if I paid cash. I get there and met Sam. He was friendly but busy and had a customer before my appt which is understandable. I waited about 35-40 mins for everything to be finished and he said $185 total for cash. I gave him what I had which is $195 and he said thank you. I recommend this place for your windshield replacements. I would suggest calling first and get an estimate and make sure the the windshield for your vehicle is available. read more

I got my headlight glass restored. They had a YELP special for half off so it only cost me $25. For that price I was very very happy! However the gentleman told me that the half off was only supposed to be for windshield replacement. As far as the quality of the work, it was pretty good, not great, IMO. But for the price it was a great deal and I would recommend this place. There were fast too, only about 20 minutes. There is a waiting room area where I was able to do some computer work tethered to my phone. Four stars! read more

Great customer service! I called him at 11 am and I go there at 1 pm and my windhshield replaced in 30 mins. The crack on my windshield was like a big spiderweb and he got it all replaced in 30 mins. The windshield on my Chevy Blazer was completely shattered, and I had to have the windshield replaced for my car to be in driveable condition. Fortunately, Good Auto Glass has mobile service, so I saved money not having to tow the car almost 13 miles from Huntington Beach to Buena Park. I called very last minute, but they were still able to make it out in half an hour. The guys were extremely sweet, and given the condition of the windshield and that I called so close to closing, they could have refused service to me altogether, but didn't. There were shards and chips of glass everywhere, from the dash to the floor, which made them cringe and gasp a bit when they first saw it, but the guys handled it like pros. They found out that they wouldn't be able to glue the windshield down because the surface they were to glue the windshield onto was dented and wouldn't hold, but told me that once I had that fixed, I could come back and they would finish the job at no extra cost. When they were done, they even vacuumed up as much glass as they could from inside the car for me and told me to be careful driving home. I'm truly grateful for the amazing service these guys offered, all at an awesome price...it was only $165 for everything! (Without the mobile service, Danny had quoted the windshield and installation to be $125.) For whatever reason, if you ever need to have your windshield replaced, I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat! read more

Good Auto Glass - They were able to remove this for me in record time, replace it and even vacuumed up the shards of glass inside the car for me! - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Buena Park, California

Surprised my dad a few months back and had then replace his front windshield for his bday. Tired of him driving around with this huge crack, not to mention dangerous but he refused to fix it. Anyways called set up a time and date, was for a Saturday at 8am, two guys came in their truck promptly at 8am.. Took about 45mins and all done! Professional, nice and just got the job done! He did tell me that the black rubber lining thing was too old and not able to be reused so that needed to be replaced too but he showed me and let me know the price before just doing it which I thought was courteous. And about a month after the black rubber part on the corner started to come up..called them and said being it down anytime and they fixed it up no charge no problem! read more

Cheap price, cheap service. You get what you pay for. Replaced a window a couple of weeks ago. The wait wasn't bad. Their price was the lowest of the 5 places I'd called. Why i gave 2 stars is due to the quality of customer service, or the lack of. I took it back 2 weeks later coz I noticed a plastic piece of the door came ajar which I had not noticed prior to the service. The guy at the front started talking defensive and said though the glass has lifetime warranty the work that they did had to be looked at immediately after the service was rendered. 2 weeks wasn't soon enough? He just looked at the door in the parking lot and said he couldn't & wouldn't do anything about it and said it was probably like that prior to their service. He was talking so loud as if he was yelling so much so I just wanted to walk away from him. All he needed to to do was have their tech open the part/door and reassemble it back properly, but he wouldn't do it. Just go to other place and pay $20~30 more for better quality service. Not coming back here again. read more
