I don't want to sound sexist or racist, but if you are a minority woman a "stealership" will have a target on you the second arrive on the lot. It's pathetic and disgusting, If I could have gone with her to shop for a car, I would. She's incredibly independent and I admire her for even doing this monumental task on her own. In March, 2016, my daughter purchased a red 2013 Hyundai Accent and the first night she brought it home the battery DIED. I told her that even with a used car, the battery shouldn't need to be replaced and you haven't had it 24 hours. After this happened we discovered a lot of issues with the dealership and car. Let's start with what I didn't like about this deal: She only had one car key The battery died the first NIGHT she brought it home The back tire wobbled The front bumper was coming unattached on the passenger side Numerous conversations with the sales person AND a manager we got them to "fix" the bumper, get a remote lock and key, and do an alignment. A few months later the "repaired" bumper came unattached AGAIN. Fast forward nine months, January, 2017, she decides to return the car to Tejas Motors. She called them and told them to pick up the car. It took them 3 almost 4 weeks to come pick up the car. When the manager came to obtain the keys he asked me what was the reason for her returning the car. I gave him the list of reasons and gave him both keys to the car. He walked towards the car but stopped and "inspected" at the bumper. The next day, my daughter's insurance company called to inform her that Tejas Motors filed a claim against her insurance for the bumper!! The audacity of it's as bare-faced, make-money-any-way-you-can business as is possible this side of organized crime.

It is now November I've dropped about 6000 just trying to keep this car together, it has a blown head gasket, broken valve cover, they put water instead of windshield wiper fluid, the key fab doesn't unlock my doors at all AND i didn't get my handles until the second or third week of October and that's only because i kept calling every Friday. Then damn headgasket leaked in #2 & #4 cylinders. Not taking it to them so they can screw me over some more. I want to get another car but I'm taking my business somewhere else. Chose to put a deposit of $2000 on the vehicle on Saturday to hold the vehicle while I could get someone out to look at the vehicle for me. I was told that would get me until close of business on Tuesday to purchase the vehicle. I had the mechanic go on Monday afternoon to drive the vehicle, and when he arrived they told him it was unavailable and in the paint booth. Because they wouldn't let someone look at the vehicle, the sales person told me that they would extend my deposit until end of business day Wednesday to give me time to have someone come out the next day. They told the mechanic they would call him when it was out of the paint booth...they didn't. I got him out there by close of business Tuesday for him to drive it. He then gave me my report. I spoke with the sales rep on a couple of things on Wednesday and was still being told we had until end of day. I finally told him that I wanted the vehicle and he told me it was sold. Holding $2000 deposit, lying, this is what I dealt with. All the time I spent getting and inspection. All the time I spent arranging shipping quotes because they wouldn't help. Every time I spoke to the sales rep, I could tell he was at home with a crying baby in the background, so I was never being told anything truthful. The amount of time this dealership wasted of mine is completely disrespectful. No standard of customer service. I was always transparent and never didn't reply or respond. There is no reason they should have sold that car without asking me for a final decision if they were to that point. Nick and George should be ashamed of how they operate.

A new Ford Bronco!! I can say that Hamsmith Auto Group went above and beyond my expectations and got us in my daughters dream vehicle for a very fair price! I know because we have searched online and pretty much everywhere for a Bronco! If you're like us when you walk around most dealerships, you dread that salesman speed walking towards you because at that moment you're just there to look and not be hassled!
