I've gone twice and both times I received the same waitress and she is horrible. She never came to our table to check on us or give refills. The next time I came we got her as a waitress again and she over charged me for a drink I didn't receive. I had to ask someone at the front desk to explain my ticket. But unfortunately he said he didn't know. I asked if he could ask our waitress to come back so I could tell her she never brought me my second drink and that it should be removed from my bill. However, she never came and he insisted that I ordered two drinks. I informed him I did in fact order two drinks but I didn't receive my second one. I even showed him my cousin ordered two drinks and she received both of hers and she had two cups. I said if I received two drinks I'd have two cups. Then he went as far to say how do he know if someone picked the cup up. He insinuated that I was basically trying to get a drink for free. I was insulted because all of this could have been avoided if the waitress had came to the table. The food was just ok not enough for me to want to go back especially with such bad customer service. I think the steak is to thick it should be thinner pieces so you can eat it better with tortillas. The steak was really tough. The place does have potential to be great if they have better workers. It is a cute spot but I would not recommend you go there.
