Company lacked customer service and professionalism. It was extremely difficult to get in contact…read morewith the project manager or someone else with the company throughout the process. I was quoted one price and was then informed that I needed something else with a different price when the installers came out.the price went up $1200 when the installers came out to inspect prior to the project getting started. I explained what I wanted when I spoke with the rep and was quoted something else. The company does not attempt to hear customers out. Their response is "page 6 of the contract you signed." It's pointless to speak with them about anything. I should have went with another company after waiting for almost two hours for someone to get back with me the day of my install but I was tired of looking for someone to do my fence. The fence was supposed to be out in the found but thy did not happen and there is still space at the bottom. I wanted to update my review since Peta, escalation manager reached out to me to try to rectify the situation. Peta sent me a gift basket and submitted a refund of $600 with the hopes that I will take my review down. I informed her that thanks for that but I will not take my review down. On the contrary, a day after speaking and receiving text messages from Peta. I noticed that cats were getting in my backyard and was wondering how. I went to my backyard only to find two pieces of my fence missing. I reached out to Peta via text and still have not received a response. My fence was completed on 7/16. How could it already get broken. This is insane to me when I was informed the wood is sturdy.

I had this company come out and build me a mental gate for my driveway I absolutely love my Gate,…read morebut there was many hiccups in the making of it first of all the privacy metal that was placed behind my gate was put up with markings all over it look like the plastic that it was wrapped in had stuck to the metal and they managed to put it up anyway when I came back and spoke with the owner he said it came like that you could see where he was trying to wipe it clean all the panels were like that I was a little disappointed to think that he would even continue to put them up, thinking that I would be OK with that although I am aware it's not his fault, but as he came back and stated that the company was assuming I had something to do with that was absolutely ridiculous him and I knowing that he picked up the product as is that took away from time on the project took way longer than I expected for it to finish. Also, there was a little bit of hiccups. The top of the caps on the post were not screwed in there was denting in certain places scratching on certain areas to say the least I love my Gate. He made all the provisions too, make it right by installing a little side Fence at no extra charge. When the job was finished, I was happy with the progress and the aesthetics of it and we talked about finishing my project this year with the same design, he did the Gate. He said he would be interested to just notify him the conversation went smoothly and amicably. I didn't feel that there was any hard feelings being that I've done nothing wrong so i was looking forward to start this new project. I messaged him through the Yelp app. He said that he was in the area and normally does not do estimates on Sunday, but that he would come by at 5pm . I don't think he was aware that it was me until I gave him the address. He never called nor did he show up ! not sure how I emotionally feel about that but professionally he could have notified me and said he would not come or he was not interested in my project, I believe I was owed that much respect, but I do believe everything is for a reason because to work with somebody on such a big project you really would need to be in one accord so that is why I put this under "maybe"

I appreciated that this company consistently called ahead before visiting the property, which was…read moresomething I specifically requested and valued. However, several issues during the service period made the overall experience challenging. To begin service, I paid a large initial fee, which set the expectation for stable and reliable ongoing maintenance. Despite that, the gardener later attempted to significantly increase the biweekly rate, citing fuel expenses. This was unexpected, especially given the upfront cost I had already paid. There were also repeated issues accessing the backyard because tenants did not leave the gate unlocked, which led to overgrowth and additional work. While I understand the difficulty, communication about these access problems was not consistent. Without timely updates, I couldn't address the issue with the tenants.Sanitation problems were another concern. Dog feces were often left in the yard by the tenants, but again, I wasn't consistently informed, which limited my ability to correct the situation. Additionally, multiple sprinkler heads were damaged during the period of service, something I had never experienced with previous gardeners.Ultimately, the gardener resigned abruptly, citing the access and sanitation issues. While I understand the challenges he faced, the lack of consistent communication and the property damage made the service less reliable than expected.
