The team were very easy to work with honest and excellent at execution. They in fact advised me to demolish the existing Foundation and build a new one. I was especially surprised at this because most of the contractors try to cut costs and get the job done. They took a few days to demolish the construction and another few days to install the new Foundation. Then a couple of weeks to install the sunroom. I haven't had any leaks or issues since then, despite several months of rain. I would highly recommend them

Chris came out on a rainy day (instead of rescheduling), walked the project with me, did his due diligence and emailed me a 3d project video and the quote. Here's the difference - I had 5 quotes, none of them listened to what my wife and I wanted. Chris is the only one who listened to our ideas and enhanced them with his expertise. He was not the cheapest quote we got, but he was the most thorough. The project: complete front yard demo, build stairs surrounded by modern landscaping leading to a courtyard with custom planter boxes and lighting throughout. Chris gave us a timeline for the project and stuck with it. His crew, lead by Jorge, arrived on time everyday and cleaned up before they left for the day. It was a big, 2 week project and they finished on time. The entire crew was polite, waved at my kids everyday and worked hard. Project manager Jorge knew what needed to be done everyday and his team executed. Chris worked with our busy schedule, listened to all of our concerns and was quick to act or change directions as needed. Never once did he make us feel like we were not the most important client to him. There is always hesitance when thinking about pulling the trigger on a job that would cost a hefty 5 figures, but when the day we saw the finished product, our jaws dropped. They did such a good job in every aspect. Chris and Jorge clearly know what to do and how to do it. We have had non stop compliments from our neighbors, friends and family members. Chris gave us a beautiful court yard to enjoy and elevated our house's curb appeal to stand out. We have done many projects in the past and have never felt this good. If you want a professional, smart, client listening, hard working company that is worth every penny, call these guys. Chris promised quality and he delivered.

Hands Down, the Best Landscaping Team We've Worked With! We…read moreown a home in Arnold, where it can be surprisingly difficult to find contractors who are responsive, professional, and actually follow through. After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. We aren't full-time residents in Arnold, so I had to put a tremendous amount of trust in Bella View team. Based entirely on Juan'scommunication and professionalism, I felt completely comfortable letting him handle the project without being there for a final walkthrough. He exceeded our expectations. I honestly cannot recommend Juan and his team enough. If you are looking for a landscaping team that is professional, responsive, hardworking, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, look no further. Hands down, we would use them again.

On top of that, they created a beautiful surprise succulent garden in the work area, which was such a thoughtful and creative touch. Juan clearly has a strong eye for design. He was intuitive and knowledgeable about the flow of the yard, and it showed in every decision. The team took their time to make everything look just right, from artistically arranging the rocks to carefully weaving the climbers into place. Beyond the quality of the work, the entire team was friendly, polite, and respectful throughout the process. It truly felt like they cared about the final result as much as we did. We will absolutely be doing business with Juan and his team again. Highly recommend.
