This place is still as good as ever! I went here for my partners birthday for a quick drink and me and him both loved it!

Gong cha used to be very good, but then the quality went down after they opened a store literally everywhere. This one is in the middle of Rockaway mall. I don't think it's as good as it's used to but it was close. We went right before the mall closed, the tapioca was still fresh and chewy. They had 3 people working there so even it was busy but they were able to serve the drinks pretty quickly. I want to give 3.5 stars because for the same price I think you can get better milk tea elsewhere.

Summary : The Gong Cha has a reputation of great quality bubble tea and this new location definitely lives up to the reputation! This Gong Cha has been open since December 2021 and I cannot believe I JUST found out! Their bubble tea is so good! Bubbles are always a great consistency and love the variety of other toppings! I usually go for their dirty brown sugar bbt with bubbles and pudding, however I have ventured to try other things on their menu. Everything that I've had so far had not disappointed! My wallet is crying though lol. Great and fast service. Tap into their Five Star rewards program for $5 off when you spend $50 (I'll admit I've already almost spent $50 and it's only been 3 weeks that I learned about them )

This Gong Cha kiosk has alot to offer for such a small spot. Very Friendly and Helpful Staff too left Me totally impressed with this entire operation. I am admittedly late to the Milk Tea drink party. Throughout the years I've seen alot of My Amazing Yelp Friends enjoying and posting pics of their interesting and delicious looking concoctions. Recently I told one of My Closest Yelp Friends Pamela L. aka Ms. Bobalicious that this is finally the year that I'm gonna try one of these fancy shmancy drinks. Funny thing is I do believe I've told Her this same thing year after year after year. I'm sure She was like "yeah Bill, sure You are"  Hey, I may have some procrastination issues when it comes to trying new things okay, but I'm working on it. Lol!!    I'm working on it Reeeeal Gooood. So Good in fact that I took a trip to this Gong Cha Shop over at the Mall which is the closest Bubble Tea place I could find. Just for the record this drink menu is a bit confusing and I'm glad I looked at it before stopping in so I already knew what I wanted. Now I hear some people say they tried Milk Tea and they hated it but I wonder if that was just because, with all the options available maybe they just didn't order correctly to their specific tastes. I can see where You could easily go way too sweet here if not properly Coached. Thank You Ms. Bobalicious!! I found My Strawberry Milk Tea to be Very Delicious as it kinda reminded Me of Nestlé's Strawberry Quick with a mouth full of Gummy Bears and Strawberry Preserves mixed in. Definitely an interesting combination of flavors and textures which although weird at first got increasingly better with every sip and I'll go so far as to say I Really Really Liked It.     I liked it so much that I'm probably gonna have to come up with a catchy nick name like Wyld Boba Bill, or Magic Matcha Man, or Baddass Bubbles Billy, or Rocky Bilboba, or . . or . .  actually Ya know what? I think I'm Good. And I'll just leave those killer nick names up to the Regular Boba Milk Tea drinkers. I mean I am just a newbie at this. But if You're into trying new things and have never given Milk Tea a Shot, I totally recommend that You do., Come And Get Your Boba On!!

I was trying to find a food place that I never been to in the area. I have been to this strip of…read morebusinesses before but have not noticed this Poke shop until I went looking for it. I brought a friend with me. they weren't really hungry but wanted to go out anyway. They ended up ordering their own bowl and made comments that this exactly the kind of place they want to come to eat healthier. It was priced pretty reasonably and filling on top of that I would tell them that its a lot of rice, vegetables and protein but since its often themed around seafood, I feel good after eating. This place does offer cooked chicken or beef if you would like that. Raw fish like salmon or tuna that i had in my order gives a different feeling to those. Overall with the service of this shop, it is a good and straighforward experience where you order, ask questions, any add ons you might want, and they ask if you want to order any drinks at the end. I took my time picking from their menu. The online website mentions they sell bubble tea and sushi rolls in addition to poke bowls. In the shop the big sign to order from just had Poke options, a small sign for teas or smoothies, and i guess all the same ingredients they use for poke can be used for sushi so they probably didnt list it in the shop. They have paper takeout menus available that I did not look at so maybe the items online match that, but something to note if you view it in advance and don't see it in person. The bowl I had was very good, I was actually full enough where i took a bit of it home with me, to finish later. I would say the size proportions is good for 1 person. My friend I went with finished their bowl in the shop and was satisfied by the amount. I believe both of us will be returning to this shop to try other menu items with how approachable everything was. Taste, size, service, it all seemed good

Definitely fresh quality for everything. Service: there is a nice girl who helped me, was of course on top of everything. Aesthetic: some seating opposite of the service station, it's nice to see all the options you have. Also, I've gone too early, but they also have the sushi station for those you would like sushi instead.

I would've gotten take out from here instead. But of course we had to stop and get a little boba tea to try. The store itself is gorgeous, modernly beautiful furniture, amazing light fixtures. The staff was friendly as well. Just going through all the boba options on the kiosk screen is overwhelming in a good way! There's so many to choose from. I decided to just go original and get a black milk tea with boba. My boyfriend got a green grape and lime tea. We both loved our options. I also added an order of rice cakes and they were delectable. Almost wished I got two. I'll definitely be back to try their ramen and other teas. Thankful to have found this new gem in the area!

We genuinely believed something was wrong with the drink, possibly that it had expired. When we politely brought our concerns to the staff, the response we received was, "It's your problem, we can't refund this for you." We were surprised by the lack of empathy and customer service. They didn't offer to remake the drink, provide a replacement, or apologize for the experience. In the end, we had to throw the drink away and leave feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. We came in excited to try this place, but after how we were treated, we definitely won't be coming back.
