Honest, and laid out exactly what I would be paying and helped every step of the way, we went back the next day to get my wife's phone taken care of and she picked up where we left off without skipping a beat. All the guy had to do was say he didn't know details regarding international coverage, but instead he opted to lie to get the sale & get us out the door. We were set up with the wrong plan that didn't have the coverage we wanted. Upon further investigation afterwards, and multiple conversations with other personnel that went 'round in circles, we discovered T-Mobile didn't offer what we needed at all. They should have told us this from the beginning. Instead we were lied to. We were told we were set! We are not. Only after calls with their customer service (unaffiliated with this store) were we able to get clarification on how badly this place screwed us over. Now we're stuck in a plan we don't want that won't help us internationally. Note: if you're out of the country for more than 90 days for work, T-Mobile will cancel your service & you'll lose your phone number. You also won't be able to get an international SIM card, because T-Mobile owns you. These facts were never mentioned. The rep knew our situation down to the last detail too. This place is a disgrace.

DO NOT COME HERE! This is not truly a Verizon store!…read more I had the worst experience ordering a mobile hotspot here. I came in on a Sunday and placed the order and picked it up Wednesday. I asked the store rep here to activate it in store to confirm that it worked. He could not get it working and sent me with it to the true Verizon corporate store on route 1 across from Target. I should have gone to this legit corporate store to begin with. At the corporate store, they confirmed that the hotspot I received from the 1230 Ave location was defective and provided me with a new hotspot that was set up in less than 10 minutes. Then I had to return the original hotspot to the original location 1230 Newport Ave )because the true Verizon store could not process a return from this third party retailer) and had the WORST experience. It was a HUGE hassle where even the store rep was hung up on and disconnected repeatedly while attempting to process the return with the other company reps. Everything required multiple approval codes and calls and escalations. I wasted so much time at this store when I could have just done everything at the true, corporate location on route 1. Despite the Verizon signs everywhere, be advised that this 1230 Newport Ave location is not actually a true Verizon store with full service capabilities. While the reps here tried to be helpful this was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a cell phone store and would completely discourage anyone from even setting foot inside this store! Even the rep was super frustrated with his own company! It took literally over an hour to process a return and it was extremely frustrating that even the store reps could not work with their corporate contacts and system. I wrote this whole review while living through this hellish experience. AVOID this place and go to the corporate location on Route 1. This was the worst!

Review: I've been a…read moreloyal MetroPCS customer since 2003, but the experience I had at the Metro PCS store located at 1167 Pleasant Street, Fall River, MA 02723 was the worst I've ever had. On August 6, I went in with 5 phones on my plan, simply trying to replace an old phone and keep my number. Instead, the store manager Tiago (#xsz928) canceled my phone from my plan and set it up as a brand-new plan. He promised me it would be fixed in a week, but every time I went back, he pushed me off again. What he actually did was create an extra line and put my new phone on a separate plan--leaving me paying $200 for my old plan plus $62 for the new one. When I tried to get answers, Tiago was rude, dishonest, and even physically aggressive, pressing his body against mine as if he wanted to fight. That is completely unacceptable behavior for anyone, let alone a manager. Thankfully, when I finally contacted MetroPCS customer service, they explained exactly what he had done, fixed the problem, and treated me with respect and professionalism--everything this store failed to do. After more than 20 years as a Metro customer, I have never experienced anything like this. This store is shady, unprofessional, and unsafe. If you need help, skip this location entirely and call MetroPCS customer service instead. Tiago should not be managing a store.

I needed help in transferring my old data into my new phone. My old phone was glitching so badly and wouldn't do any updates; it wouldn't work no matter how many times they tried. They kept at it- they didn't just send me away and tell me to figure it out. They were so kind and patient. Both men worked and while working we talked, laughed and they made what should have been a frustrating process, one that I enjoyed simply because I was enjoying Jordan and Chris. Four hours later, my new phone was perfect and I had everything on it I needed. I wish you Jordan the best of luck as you finish up school. Chris, I am hopeful your wedding will be all you hope for.
