From my experience, I would caution and make sure to not give your social to this hole in the wall company. Not the easiest to use. My company recently got a new Website Host and Optimizer so we moved our mail over to an IMAP account. I immediatly started getting Junkmail right away. I never knew the Meganet filtered the Junk Mail and just never sent it to you. Mind you I never once had an issue with a person calling me wondering if I got their email. So even though Meganet deleted the Spam it was always done right. I might have got 2-3 junk mails a week. Now I 20 per a day. Although I am not with Meganet anymore I felt that I should write a review. Great job filtering my email for the past 7-8 years. Now I realized you saved me a bunch of time.

We were set up with the wrong plan that didn't have the coverage we wanted. Upon further investigation afterwards, and multiple conversations with other personnel that went 'round in circles, we discovered T-Mobile didn't offer what we needed at all. They should have told us this from the beginning. Instead we were lied to. We were told we were set! We are not. Only after calls with their customer service (unaffiliated with this store) were we able to get clarification on how badly this place screwed us over. Now we're stuck in a plan we don't want that won't help us internationally. Note: if you're out of the country for more than 90 days for work, T-Mobile will cancel your service & you'll lose your phone number. You also won't be able to get an international SIM card, because T-Mobile owns you. These facts were never mentioned. The rep knew our situation down to the last detail too. I was charged for the phone on my very 1st bill. I called customer service and they credited my account. The rep claimed she "re-enrolled me into the promotion. I asked for a text acknowledgement and she claimed she was unable to provide that. When I protested she said "Mr. Donahue, this call is being recorded, if I lie to you I could lose my job" This month I was charged again and I spoke with Emmett who claims I'm not enrolled and that he has to look into it. When I told him I was recording the call he advised me to stop or he would have to terminate the conversation. He claims he has to speak to department that is not available to the customers.

The staff at this store made my experience of upgrading my phone so pleasant and fun. I never…read morethought I'd have fun at an xfinity store. I was not the account holder and they needed to be present for me to walk out with a new phone. I called my dad and while I was waiting for him to show up to authorize the upgrade, 5 different employees noticed me sitting and asked if I had been helped. When I told them no they went about their normal work business and since I was the only customer in the store, they were just chatting amongst themselves. A manager came out and said "guys we have a customer over here is anyone helping her??" Once I explained I was waiting he asked if anyone had checked if the phone I wanted was in stock. Yes, they had. So then everyone was so cheerful and nice while I waited I felt like we were all friends. Once Kory was able to start my upgrade, my phone started to transfer and it was supposed to take a long time. I told him I was supposed to meet my parents for dinner but I would just have to skip it. He told me I could go eat with them and then come back before the store closed to get my new phone. I came back, everything was ready and I walked out with my new phone and a smile.

These long lines offer deter me from wanting to shop here, so I sometimes will seek out another place if I can.
