I've been a Verizon customer for nearly ten years and this is my go to location. Recently I purchased a new I Phone and I couldn't make calls nor use the apps. A message came up that it was not activated and to contact your carrier if this problem continues to occur. I work in Warwick RI and went to the location nearby and that location was no help to me. After work I drove here and they diagnosed the problem and got my phone working. It was a defective SIM card. I highly recommend this location because of its knowledge staff and excellent customer service. read more

Someone at this location added a phone and line to our account which we did not receive and was never activated. We did not notice and paid for this phone and line for 27 months (ebill oblivious). We have now spent countless hours on the phone being lied to by Verizon and given the run around. Three different agents telling us they see the error and promise a credit which never materializes. If you do business with Verizon, check your bill carefully. They will lie to you and take your money with a smile. read more

Customer service is lousy! The associate who helped me could not have cared less if I died in front of him. I bought a new phone and switched my contents to the new phone, but had questions about my email transferring and all he said was call Xfinity. I had a couple of other questions about the phone, which he answered, but he had the attitude of not caring at all. Super awful representation of the company and store, and what makes me angry is that I paid for that appointment. My money should be refunded due to the complete lack of caring and customer service that I received. read more

Customer service here is shit! I just got a new phone from them and told them I wanted to switch my existing number to their phone. They told me to call my old carrier to switch my number, old carrier says my Carrier sim from Verizon phone is locked I tried calling them to unlock it and they didn't help at all!!! All I want is to switch my damn number WTF!!! read more

There is a reason for lousy one star reviews and here is another one. Bunch of bumbling fools at the Dartmouth store. Attempted to pick up my phone with my license in hand. I'm authorized on the account. Phone was free but I paid 12.00 in sales tax. They insisted on seeing the card which I did not have because its my husbands. They insisted I go home and get the card, just the card. They also insisted I received explicit information that I needed the card. Wrong again. Showed them the e-mail and sure enough it just said license. Had to go home and bring my husband back to show them the card but they didn't verify it was him. Security and customer satisfaction...NOT! I asked Wendy if it came with a charger and she said she thought so. I knew it didn't. I purchased one from them and they could not get the hang of things to check out. OMG....bumbling fools!!!! Maybe it was everyone's first day. read more

We stopped here while on vacation visiting friends when my husband's phone broke and we had to purchase a new one. While waiting for our phone I observed so many positive things. One that stood out was how a store employee had so much patience with an elderly customer who had purchased his first iPhone the day before. This customer wanted to return his phone because he couldn't figure it out. The employee didn't want the client to give up too quickly and worked with him, showing him the features of his phone multiple times. The entire time, not once did this employee show any sign of impatience. It was very sweet. My own experience was great too. Excellent customer service from this store! read more

Got a galaxy 6 in November and now it won't charge even though it's under warranty they will not help at all because it has a small crack in the screen. Victor couldn't have been less helpful and was rude. What a scam!! Will switch my service the second I am able and will never come back. If zero stars was an option that's what this review would be. read more

Each time I have gone to the Verizon store I have had the pleasure of working with Brandi, customer service rep. She could not be more helpful or nicer! I spoke with a customer service rep on the phone who told me I was eligible for a .99 upgrade to a iPhone 5. I was on the call for something else at the time but I stopped by the verizon store with my husband and son in the mall a few days later to upgrade as I had some extra time and was greeted promptly by a very nice man who explained he added my name to the que and I'd be helped by the next available rep. Didn't take long and a older blonde woman came over who didn't look like a very happy person to start with but I explained that I stopped by to upgrade as I talked with someone a few days before about it on the phone. She immediately told me I was not eligible for any such upgrades that I had to pay 100$ to upgrade to a 5 and 200$ for a six. I told her I didn't want the 5s just a 5 cause that's what I was told I was available for. Nope! Your not available for anything without paying at least 100$ she got short with me and I could tell she just wanted me to leave her alone. I was puzzled and unsure which person was telling me the truth so I thanked her and left. I just got off the phone with a very nice rep who just upgraded me to the 5 for .99 - this woman shouldn't be in customer service and needs to be retrained or something. Spoke on the phone with a verizon representative at this branch about preordering a cell phone. I specifically asked him if the preorder was starting today or tomorrow and he assured me that the phone was available for preorder today instore and online. Drove to verizon to speak with a customer service representative who stated that the preorder started tomorrow and every worker in the store knew that. He also continued to ask for my phone information making it seem like he was going to help, but only wasted 15 more minutes of my time. I was given the wrong information on the phone and was not helped in store. I woud definitely not recommend this verizon branch for their lack of information and customer service skills. read more
