I was told I'd receive a confirmation email for the payment and was handed a small, unofficial receipt. However, I never received any email confirmation, and I'm still getting the same bill from AT&T saying I owe the balance. When I returned to the store to resolve the issue, I spoke with the supervisor. He told me he couldn't find any record of my payment--only that my account still shows the balance due. It seems my payment may have been credited to the wrong account, but he said there was nothing he could do and that I would have to pay again.

I have written documentation from Donna stating that delivery is generally 1-4 business days from the first available delivery date. That was completely inconsistent with our experience. It has now been over 8 days, and the dispatch team still cannot tell us where our belongings are or when they will arrive. Every call with dispatch is the same. Jade and Nicole speak like robots, repeating, "I don't have any information to provide. When I have information, I'll provide it." No empathy, no accountability, and no effort to investigate or escalate the issue. They simply repeat the same scripted response while customers are left without their entire household. It appears the company relies on a single driver and truck, and when that driver is delayed, no one has any answers. You're simply expected to wait indefinitely. The biggest problem is the disconnect between sales and operations. Donna made promises that the dispatch and delivery teams clearly could not deliver on. Once your belongings are on their truck, you're completely at their mercy. Beware before trusting this company with everything you own. Our experience was one of broken promises, poor communication, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend choosing a moving company that is honest, transparent, and capable of delivering on the commitments it makes.

He even helped teach her the proper ways in which to swipe and tap through the new system. AJ checked on us a few times throughout our appointment and was extremely kind and helpful too.
