They showed up in a small Uhaul truck. 4. The movers were SLOW. 5. We missed our elevator reservation time to our new building, and almost had to cancel our trip the next day. 6. The truck was too small so they had to make multiple trips. 7. They left all of our belongings in the hallway of our new building because they made multiple trips. And I was left moving our belongings into the new apartment by myself. 8. They didn't bring enough packing materials and DAMAGED our furniture. They said I could file a claim, more on that later. 9. The day took 13 hours, instead of 5, and they demanded we pay the full amount. 10. THEY DO NOT HAVE REAL MOVING INSURANCE. I emailed the insurance company they gave me anywayrelocation@insurer.com and that domain name does not exist. 11. They are now avoiding my calls about the insurance. Him and his crew are the only people I've trusted with the 5 times he's moved me over the years. He takes excellent care of all your valuables, and always with a smile on his face.
