CONS: They were a half hour late to arrive, with no text beforehand, and the map link they sent me showed them in another location entirely, an hour away. The antique piece of furniture that was most fragile and meant the most to me, with a glass door, ONE man took backwards down a ramp, fast, instead of waiting for another person to help him guide it gently down.
