I was supposed to have cataract surgery in January, but ended up getting heart stents. I was…read morereleased in March by my cartologist to have the surgery. They told me that it was their policy for me to wait six months even though I had been released in March. They called yesterday and wanted me to come in for another evaluation so that they can get paid for two evaluations. They can't get me an appointment until September. I didn't know that an eye surgeon knows more than a cartologist. If I would take the appointment in September it probably would be another three to four months to get the surgery and by that time they probably would want another evaluation. They have a good racket going to get double paid. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

I waited almost 2 months to get an appointment and today's the day. I arrived at 3pm for a 3:10…read moreappointment. Shortly after arriving I received the typical vision tests with 3 different devices, had my eyes dilated and was directed to the very small waiting. The office is small with limited parking on the side. The time is now almost 5pm and I'm still waiting. Very soon I will be here 2 hours without seeing the doctor. A two hour wait is unacceptable regardless of the popularity of the eye doctor. You can be sure I will not be returning after obtaining my vision script. I doubt the wait is worth it. 4:45 and am now sitting in the exam chair and waiting. I plan to get this over and never come back.

Then after the eye exam I went picked out my glasses paid for them and that was it. It's been over 6 months and still haven't got my glasses. I called multiple times and texted was given the run around that my lense cracked while cleaning them and they had to send them back to get another pair. I contact my credit card company. They refunded me and supposedly investigating the situation. Now got to find another eye doctor because I won't go back to him again.
