They told me that it was their policy for me to wait six months even though I had been released in March. They called yesterday and wanted me to come in for another evaluation so that they can get paid for two evaluations. They can't get me an appointment until September. I didn't know that an eye surgeon knows more than a cartologist. If I would take the appointment in September it probably would be another three to four months to get the surgery and by that time they probably would want another evaluation. They have a good racket going to get double paid. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

They weren't happy about it but remade the lenses; those lenses were fine. Had 2 pairs of glasses made. Months later took a pair in and the frame broke during an adjustment. This was 10 months after purchasing them. They spent over 2 months supposedly looking for another frame. Then one morning I get my spare pair out of their case and as I'm opening the frame up to put them on the frame snaps. At this point both are now broke and still waiting for them to find a new frame for the first broke frame. I take both broke frames back to the store and they tell me it's now been over a year since the purchase and they won't fix either pair. I acknowledge that for the pair that broke that morning but argue that it had been less than the year when the first pair broke months ago. They keep trying to ignore that fact and insisting that "now" it's been more than a year. That they could never find another of the same frame and they owe me nothing even on the pair that broke before the one year mark. Their argument is because supposedly they never found another frame. It's only after my refusal to back down that they take the broken frame ( minus the arm that they left with me) in the back and return moments later with the lenses in an entirely new frame (same make/model, even same color) and I'm ordered to take them, leave the store and never come back there again. They had gotten a new frame in but had tried to say they couldn't find another frame and tried to get out of replacing them by pushing it out past the one year mark by claiming they were still searching for a frame months after the frame broke.
