I was supposed to have cataract surgery in January, but ended up getting heart stents. I was…read morereleased in March by my cartologist to have the surgery. They told me that it was their policy for me to wait six months even though I had been released in March. They called yesterday and wanted me to come in for another evaluation so that they can get paid for two evaluations. They can't get me an appointment until September. I didn't know that an eye surgeon knows more than a cartologist. If I would take the appointment in September it probably would be another three to four months to get the surgery and by that time they probably would want another evaluation. They have a good racket going to get double paid. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

After multiple times of coming in and waiting to be assisted for 30 minutes +, I finally went to the car and called the office from my phone. I asked the lady that answered if I needed to come on a certain day or maybe make an appointment because I had came in and waited with no one seeking to help me. To which her response was "There are no appointments. We are just busy." Glasses are good. Office seems clean. The office on the left side for the appointments is really outdated and cluttered. Super sad that this is the only place that my insurance will accept.

Abut 2 weeks later I called the store and was told they were in route back to the store from the lab and they would give me a call. Another week later I called back and was told she had the policy wrong and the frames were never sent out???? It was a process getting our 200.00 back for the frames but that is the worse service I have ever witnessed!

Then after the eye exam I went picked out my glasses paid for them and that was it. It's been over 6 months and still haven't got my glasses. I called multiple times and texted was given the run around that my lense cracked while cleaning them and they had to send them back to get another pair. I contact my credit card company. They refunded me and supposedly investigating the situation. Now got to find another eye doctor because I won't go back to him again.
