The care I have received at the Fairlea and the Lewisburg offices has been top-notch. The staff, the nurses, and the physicians have treated me with respect, friendliness, and caring. They have tried to accommodate my every need. There might be providers somewhere here with more knowledge, more skills, or more talent, but I have not found any with more caring or with more desire to help meet your needs. I am moving out-of-state and one of my main regrets is leaving RMC behind.

I am banned from the dental center because I had a problem with being forced to sit and wait in my hot car after the fact that the cdc had lifted Covid social distancing. it takes like six weeks to get an appointment there and the staff and assistants can be pretty pretentious too. they can't treat people that way and expect mutual respect out of it plus I received someone else's bill in the mail for several months and I had to all but threaten them to get the error corrected and that's a big hippa violation i almost wouldn't take my sick cat here

The doctor here was nearly blind himself, with the thickest glasses you could probably get, and he seemed to make the whole process more painful than the actual accident I had and then, did the worst stitch job I've ever had or seen. Made me regret even going at all. I should've used butterfly bandages instead. No insurance? $200 before they see you. Need pain medicine? Nope! Your finger could be falling off and all they'll give you is ibuprofen and get told some smart azz remark about you shoulda went to the emergency room then. The nurses were at least nice and gentle, but the doctor(Mr Magoo) was a jerk and definitely couldn't care one way or the other with his indifference! Then a snafu with their billing trying to charge me twice! Ready to get those stitches out? Oh, it's another $200(good thing I called before I went back)! I took them out myself. Go elsewhere like your life depends on it!

We were in and out of there in about an hour. The flu was going through Beckley, so we took advantage of the plentiful hand sanitizer that was available. Facility is clean and well maintained with a professional staff. We got the doctors a-okay on having a muscle spasm and tear, which was great peace of mind. They were able to fill our prescription for extra strength ibuprofen on site as all the pharmacies were already closed at around 6PM and it was only $15. Plus mid week, later in that week, we received a follow up phone call asking how the healing was going and just checking up, which was a very nice touch.

Get kids back out car and get inside and am told im too late and have to reschedule needless to say i didnt reschedule and wont ever be going back.
