This caused us to be 14 minutes late for her appointment. When we arrived we were told that we would have to reschedule because of their late policy. They had no compassion that my mother is 101! She spent all afternoon getting ready for this appointment, which caused her pain and fatigue. Never were we told of this policy when making appointments for her. We won't be going back, even though Dawn is an excellent PA. Btw, I later learned one LG office's policy is 15 minutes and another is 20 minutes.

I have had many, many Doctors over the years with about 20% being 'keepers'. Having said all this, I must say of all the Doctors I have ever had, Dr Schleupner is the best Dr of any I have seen (many). He cares. He listens. He is on top of his game. He is humble. He is cool. He is very well respected by Doctors all over the area. He gets to know the person, not just the medical side. AGAIN, he LISTENS which is more important that a gazillion test. I could write a book on how fantastic he is (as well as the office staff), however the phlebotomist drawing my blood said it best: "I have never heard a negative thing about him". So true and so blessed to have him as a Doctor (hubby too!).
