I didn't notice the difference until I had them installed. Immediately had them taken off, so they're virtually brand new. Attempted to take them back to see if they could work with me in any capacity and the guy basically said to screw off. Absolutely horrible customer service. It's such a shame given that they now have a monopoly around here. They certainly don't deserve it.

When I returned to pick up the club at BWG specified time I was told I could not hit the club until the next day ... so why was I told to pick it up a club if your staff knowingly knew that I would not be able to hit the club to see if the re shaft work would hold up? All and all the experience in your store was terrible and not to be repeated.
