This was a girls outing with my besties and we decided to take a golf lesson. We started out at the Under Cover Toptracer Stations. We had the best instructor David Buise. He was patient because out of the 8 of us only 2 play golf and he had his work cut out for him:) I love the way he broke down each step in to simple abc's. He modeled and then watched our strokes making corrections along the way. He taught us with several different clubs with helpful pointers about stance, keeping your left eye on the ball, and following through with your stroke. I have a new respect for golf. David told us to stretch before we came and I now understand why. You're engaging your arms, core, and buttocks. I was feeling muscles I haven't felt for a minute:) The actual golf course is beautiful as far as my eyes could see. We didn't play the actual course, but did go on the greens to practice putting. The club house has a snack area with indoor and patio seating. You can snacks as well as hot food and beverages. Also in the clubhouse is a golf store where you can purchase some golfing essentials.

Played PRGC on Memorial Day 2021 with the usual suspects and confused as to why the low ratings. We had a 6:18 tee time and the course was already packed. Layout here is quirky with many dog legs on par 4/5's and water on most par 3's. The conditions of the course was pristine. From the perfect greens to the well manicured tee boxes, can honestly say this course is def the best out of all the bmore county munis. Great course, great company and throw in a chip-in birdie..I'd say it was a Memorial Day to remember! Can't speak on the driving range, but leaving the course, noticed that they had many many stalls and a decent range layout.

Horrible pace of play particularly for offseason. Course does not seem to care. Group of old white guys were on a 5 1/2 hour pace in chilly weather with not a care in the world for anyone else, taking multiple extra practice shots. Groups were quitting. Beware! We got a partial rain check but still it isn't worth it... please complain if this happens to you, if enough say something instead of just leaving they will improve..

Please Read" Golfers always want the truth," I write reviews throughout the USA. for a Golfers Publication" If your golfer who enjoys a course that allows you to play many different shots. the doglegs right will help you with course management" This course is open to all levels of play, and is very busy", This is not a bad thing as they do have a marshall to keep golfers moving" but it will still take you 5hrs. It's a course you are able to walk, and a lot of golfers do. As for the course, the amount of play this course get's, I would recommend it for all 7+ out of 10, fairways were nice and wide, and the greens are differently generous and maintained. Stay out of the sand traps, as there is little sand in them" Make sure you purchase drinks before you go out as there is water on the course but NO Beverage Cart" Strange as the course is packed" you need to keep hydrated" The practice range is separate but nice for you to warm up, your hitting off of mats/no grass, there currently updating it so be patient. Go play this course and relax, just plan on a longer than usual day"

Had a 5:57 tee time. We were a twosome. We had no issues. Teed off on time and it took us about 3:45 minutes to play 18 holes. It was a great course. Fairways were in good condition. The greens were absolutely immaculate. The best greens out of all the city courses. The layout is pretty nice because it's a bit open and the par 3 holes that sit on the water are beautiful and challenging. A couple of the par 5 layouts are a bit odd, where you have to hit something 200 yards and then you have about 300 in to the green because of a dogleg. Additionally, the staff itself was very nice and pleasant. The only downside to the play today was the guys in front of us weren't fixing any ball marks on the greens and were making a mess of the sand traps. (This is stereotypical to the types of golfers these were.) I will definitely be returning to play this course again.

Always well maintained. Beautiful. Very busy however so do not expect to fit in without a tee time

It can be tough to get a tee time during the height of the golf season because greens fees are inexpensive and it is a nice course to play.

The indoor videos and swingTRU study give me a great insight into my dynamic swing with real numbers in degrees to work on, such as shoulder tilt and turn. The coaches take time to focus on your individual swing, not just "keep your head down" you hear around driving ranges. They really care if you succeed. They also have a partnership at a great local country club for outdoor playing lessons and course management. These lessons resulted in me shooting my first under-par 9 holes, and winning my yearly buddies trip. If you're serious about improving your whole game, check these guys out. They're the real deal.

When my clubs came they delivered them to me. You can tell this is a place that values the customer as the customer service was awesome. Tom also gave me a few quick tweaks while I was in my fitting session, which paid off right away when I got to the course again. I will definitely consider lessons with Tom in the future.

I could not find a listing for the clubhouse alone on yelp. The clubhouse is very lovely, with indoor and outdoor porch seating. They can open one wall almost completely to have access to the porch for additional seating. The bar is a full bar and the bartenders craft excellent cocktails to order. They have a reasonable beer selection and it appears they have a good wine selection, although I stock mainly with cocktails for this function. We had set up for a Buffet style catering event, and it was superb. The, bread was fresh and warm with perfect pre-cut slices of butter available. The salad was a build your own station, and all of the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The dressings were also well prepared, although I don't know if they were kitchen made or from a bottle. The BCC tomato dish was half tomatoes, crusted with brown sugar on the cut surface, and then cooked (baked? Broiled?) until the brown sugar formed a crust. These were very tasty and very interesting. A bit too sweet for me to have more than one but certainly worth a try. They had fingerling potatoes as well as Maryland crab soup. The only unfortunate part of service was that the person serving the soup wasn't familiar with the dish, and therefore did not mix it up prior to serving each bowl... so all of the crab was clearly on the bottom of the container, and none of us got any crab in our actual bowls, since she was ladling it from the top. Not a big deal, but seemed odd for a place this fancy to not have staff who understand how to serve Maryland crab soup. The main course was Maryland crabcakes and châteaubriand. Both were delicious and extremely well prepared. For dessert we had a variety of bars and pastries, and even a birthday cake for the person of honor for the event!

We're writing this review about "Your Fairy Godmother Wedding and Events" nearly three months…read moreafter our wedding because, honestly, we had a hard time putting it together. We ended up really liking the owner and operator as a person, and that made it difficult to write this. She was kind and easy to talk to during the planning process, and I appreciated that she communicated with us even before she technically needed to. In fact, she came up with some ideas. One idea we used was for us to have a picture frame signed as a guestbook. We loved that idea and bought what was needed to make the idea come alive. The Ceremony: There were significant challenges on the wedding day. People arrived early at our request. Because the venue was far, our guests made sure to get there at least 30 minutes ahead of time. Since it was an outdoor ceremony, guests should have been guided outside, but without signs or direction, many wandered into the reception area instead. This was something we expected to be managed so the flow felt smooth for everyone. A particularly important issue for us was that there were no reserved signs for our family seating although this was discussed before the event. This meant that some of our closest family members didn't have the front-row seats we intended for them, and other guests ended up sitting in those seats. That was a significant oversight that really impacted our ceremony. Additionally, the order of the wedding party was arranged incorrectly, which was a major issue. My husband did not go out right after the officiant as planned, but after the bridesmaids and this mix-up disrupted the intentional flow of the music. As this seems like something my husband could have corrected on the spot, he was unable to because the owner and operator had him in the bathroom so he wouldn't see me, although I was in a separate room. This was especially disappointing because every song was chosen carefully, and this mistake really threw off the timing. Our wedding was at a golf course and there was an incident with the golf ball, which caused quite a bit of stress although no one was harmed. The owner and operator appeared frazzled after that, and it impacted the overall coordination. She mentioned that family members were hard to work with. They weren't difficult but they were trying to ensure our day went as planned. They noticed things were not set up as we envisioned and wanted to ensure our vision came to fruition. This should have been a priority for the company. One of the biggest disappointments for us was that the ceremony started more than half an hour late, even though we were at the venue by 3:40 pm for a 4:00 pm start time and our guests were already there and waiting. There was no reasonable excuse for the 30 minute delay although the golf ball became the excuse for the long delay. The Reception: The reception felt like our time wasn't being managed well. We had just introduced our key people, danced, and were enjoying the moment when we were suddenly told we had to eat right now. No heads-up, no transition, just an abrupt shift. She had a timeline to follow, so giving us even a little warning would've made things feel much less rushed and stressful. In addition to that, she did not give directions to the tables to get their meals. She had also mentioned beforehand that one of her biggest pet peeves was guests interrupting the couple while they were eating, and she assured us she would prevent that from happening. Unfortunately, when it came time for us to eat, we still had guests coming up to us, and she wasn't there to step in and give us that time. The wonderful idea of having our guests sign the picture frame never came to life. The Sharpie wasn't placed nearby, and there were no instructions, so guests didn't know to sign it. It went completely unused. One of the highlights we were excited about was dancing with the fans. We bought enough for everyone to "clack" while we danced, and we wanted them displayed in wicker baskets because it would've looked beautiful and matched the vibe. She told me she had baskets, so we didn't need to buy any. Instead, the fans sat in a plain Amazon box on the dance floor until guests used them for dancing. That wasn't my vision and it wasn't hers either. Since the timeline wasn't followed, we completely missed the toast that three people were prepared to give. It was a moment we were really looking forward to, and something that should have been captured on our wedding video but now it's something we can never get back. A lot happened that we didn't learn about until after the wedding. We later found out that she hadn't spoken to any of my vendors except the venue. That was the entire reason we hired a day-of coordinator; to coordinate our day. We planned the whole wedding ourselves; we simply needed someone to manage it, and unfortunately she fell short in that area. While we are not asking for a refund, we do believe that a certain level

This is the review I wish I had seen while I was researching wedding planners. TL;DR Sharon has…read morebeautiful decorations and will respond to text ASAP. However she may not deliver to your expectations. Something to notice with the reviews is how many of them are for officiating vs planning. When I first connected with Sharon she was extremely confident, had so many fabulous ideas and even had all the decor to go with it. She said she would bring all the decor the day of and decorate the whole venue. That was music to my ears. I'm not a decorator by any means so having Sharon's eye for decor and the decor To go with it completely put my mind at ease. I turned down so many other offers for decorations because I knew my wedding planner had it all taken care of. Or so I thought. Sharon also said she has this program prismm which she will take care of all the seating for guests. All she did in this app was set it up she never did the seating chart for me and blamed it on the app being terrible to work with. So I ended up creating the seating chart and sending it to the caterer. Also Sharon is terrible at responding to emails after you sign her contract. Very interesting how that works ... Moving on, Sharon came to the walkthrough and planning meeting at the venue with the catering manager and venue coordinator. It was a great meeting, I was able to let Sharon know all the decorations of hers i wanted to borrow and where she would be setting them up. She wrote it all down in a not so organized looking folder. That should've been a red flag but as a bride you're not looking for more stress. I even offered Sharon to pick up all the decorations and bring them to the venue for her and she said that was not necessary. Some positive notes, at my very last Minute request she printed my signage which was nice. It was just in plain black font on white paper but hey it was there the day of. The day of the event I did not go in the venue until moments before walking down the aisle and that was when I quickly noticed most of the decor promised by Sharon didn't make it. No greenery on the mantle or sweetheart table, no white silk flowers, no lanterns, no centerpieces for the tables. She told me she forgot the centerpieces and her husband was going to bring them. She did bring these beautiful gold chargers which thank goodness she did that otherwise it would've looked like I didn't do a single thing to add my own style to the venue. She also brought a card box, easel for the seating chart and a cake cutting set. At the end of the night Sharon got out of there as fast as she possibly could leaving us with tons of stuff to load into our car. thankfully the venue coordinator stayed late to help us get out of there as quick as possible. Sharon temporarily lost our marriage license and then failed to tell me it was at the venue until I reached out the next day frantically looking for it. I do think Sharon was a wonderful planner at a point in time it's just not at this time. She claims her daughter helps her but I didn't see her once. I even bought a vendor meal for her daughter but she was not at the wedding. If you use Sharon make sure you are on top of her constantly because she does have some beautiful decorations to offer maybe even pick them up from her house the day before and bring them to the venue yourself so you can guarantee your event will be decorated how you envisioned it.
