Location: The location is fairly clean and nice, perfect to go for any type of occasion with friends and family. It's super fun, and you don't have to be an expert to have fun. You can be a beginner, and competing with family and friends is truly the best part of coming here. This is a casual place, so a simple outfit will do. The location has multiple levels, and they also have a nice inside bar with a huge screen TV, so it's perfect to watch sports if you're into that. This location does offer parking as well. Service: Service is pretty good. You usually get your own server who comes to your lane where your party may be playing golf. They take everyone's order and check in periodically, so you can always order more drinks or more food while you're there. I've had pretty good servers while coming here, so no complaints. The volcano used to erupt with fire which was so cool, each hole was very clean and now half of the plates around the holes move and can be lifted right up, most of the bricks around the areas are either not in tack and you can easily trip or hurt yourself on them or they're removed. It looks so rundown and some of the rocks on the green are even like broken. (Wish I would've took pictures) and before, at the end you would put your ball in this maze type thing and if it landed in the middle (kind of like plinko) you won another game, they did away with that awhile ago not sure why. So they have 2 paths you can go when you mini-golf. The volcano way or the boat way. They all need fixing and repairing. We just made the best of it but you got families getting bored and they just skip to the other path mid-way because they're impatient (they have rules posted not to do this). The family in front of us was using their time to hit water bottles around. It sucks because I used to love it here but it's like a ghost town, and with the prices they don't match the experience. Unfortunately there's no point in coming back unless they fix all these issues. I only gave 2 stars because the kids working there are just sweet and trying to make an honest living and I love that for them.

The store is HUGE ! It's part of the Dick's Sporting Goods brand, so your loyalty reward for Dick's works here. The amount of golf apparel and clubs is amazing...the store also offers lessons, fittings and simulator rentals. I checked their Clearance section and I found some great golf tops for my nieces at 90% off from their retail prices...so I got two nice looking shirts for them and I was a happy customer !

Some people are complaining about late cancellations not being refundable but it's a sim, not a course, that's pretty reasonable. Every other sim I've gone to has been more expensive with either the same or way worse tech. I only wish they had more times available. Hard to find a time that works day.
