As part of my New Years Resolution, I am trying more of the fitness classes here, and thus far have taken Lisa's Tabata and Michelle's Burn class - both high-intensity interval training guaranteed to ramp up your energy! You'll also find pilates, barre, aerial, spinning, and martial arts classes here - ensuring you'll never get stuck in a rut!
