All well maintained lanes, quick ball returns, accessible bowling balls behind the lanes, scoring + ball speed displayed, easy menu options. Hungry? They serve food and drinks while you bowl. No outside food or drink allowed. Currently, there's a summer pass which permits to games per day including shoes. Pretty good deal. They also have an arcade with a ginormous claw machine game. Like that there's 4-top tables behind the lanes too. Great for league games and parties. Staff is very friendly and professional. Always a good time bowling at Bowlero.

For first time visitors, you can call ahead and make a reservation. I would recommend that if you're a larger group. You can also show up as an individual and throw some axes more casually... if axe throwing is something you can consider casual. You will need to make sure you have closed toed shoes! You're throwing a sharp metal object afterall. The staff at Splitting Edge does an awesome job walking newcomers (and those of us that are like me and are not new, but lack axe throwing skill) how to get comfortable throwing axes. These guys are seriously professionals, they can give you pointers to help you perfect the craft. I've noticed I've gotten a little bit better and learned that I'm better at throwing with one hand, as opposed to the over the head with both hands style. The price point is really fair for your overall experience. I recommend coming with friends and bringing food and drinks! It's BYOB but there are a few nearby spots (Bomba Taco, Sly Fox, Wegman's) you can pick up drinks if you forgot. They have an awesome back bar area that my family used to set up a food buffet. My most favorite parts of Splitting Edge though... it's pet friendly! And there are tons of games (giant jenga, connect four, chess) to keep you busy if it's not your turn to throw.
