I called well over 48 hours in advance to cancel (policy is 24), and even got a cancelation confirmation number. It has been two months now and I still have not gotten a refund on my card and I have talked to them once in person and two times on the phone about this with nothing getting done. I was even told to email Brandon Karpinski who is "the head of golf" about this and that he would take care of it and he never even had the curtesy to email me back. This course and service is an absolute joke and no one should give these people a dime of their money. Additionally, I would suggest not charging people up front if your refund policy is this abysmal.

Around the greens is where it becomes more challenging. On this day it was pin position #1 and wasn't fun.
