There was one hole that had a large crevice between the green and the obstacle. It was a bummer that our ball got stuck. It was also a little weird that the last hole didn't keep the ball. When we took our balls and putters back they told us to put them back in the basket. I thought that was odd that they didn't clean the items before the next use. We saw them washing the balls from the driving range but not the putt putt.

I have never golfed and thought it would be really hard, but oh contrar- The staff are super helpful in setting you up and giving you pointers. We had the Mediterranean plate and the buffalo chicken dip- really good buffalo chicken dip- Our server Zed did a great job with our big group- It was only 50 degrees and the bays were super warm with the heaters- I can't wait to go back-

I was told they were passing my information along to their senior manager for follow up. I never heard from them so I reached back out. It's been a week and I still have not heard from anyone from TopGolf. Their lack of follow up and communication only made matters worse. Now it just feels they don't care or my customer experience wasn't a priority.

When hitting from the covered…read moretees, you are hitting off of an Astro-turf type mat while the open air or the uncovered ones allow you to hit from natural gas. The covered tees are heated and are open year round. The grass tees, chipping and putting areas are seasonal and are not currently open. There is also a nice miniature golf course which I have used and batting cages that I've never tried. Great facility right in the heart of Westerville.

I have worked with two different coaches Kipp (no longer there) and Peter (new addition) both were very good and helped so much They are truly very good at training you on their system which is very solid and works with all skill levels. Price is not cheap but it's reasonable and we'll worth it. I truly believe the at the golf room you are getting what you pay for. I couldn't think of a bad thing to say about this place if I tried. 10/10

Have been patronizing this store for a few years mainly because of location convenience but…read morehonestly, if a competitor moved in nearby, I'd go there instead. First of all, staff is pretty decent, not perfect but not the worst. They have had some turn over so your experience may vary for each visit, just don't expect too much. They seem to be chronically understaffed and 50% of the time, getting someone to set you up in a practice bay is an ordeal. Which, btw, are now overpriced considering the equipment and quality. The website is a miserable experience to book a practice bay btw and checking in to pay is just as bad. The whole process could be streamlined. Store layout is awkward af. There are two registers up front separated by the entrance so you're standing in the way of people coming, going and trying to walk through. Very often only one register is staffed by someone, so plan on waiting in a line most of the time. This is where the staffing issues are obvious, in addition, their PoS systems are glacier slow so transactions are not quick & efficient. The cashier also often has to answer the phone or take extra time with a customer's need (trade ins). Seems like this is a bottleneck in the store, makes me NOT want to purchase anything there because the wait & transaction process is painful. Again, not blaming staff, this is a PGAStore corp. decision to go cheap on PoS and create an awkward store layout & experience; thus discouraging me from wanting to purchase anything, unless I see there is no line, but there often is. Lessons & fittings. Have not personally experienced this so cannot speak to it, though others online have and it is not great apparently, do your research. However. If you want to talk golf equipment, most of the staff over at fitting bays can be knowledgeable and helpful, IF they have the time, which usually they do not because they're very busy. So often, trying a used club will also be an exercise in patience. This is sort of understandable but seriously, if an associate walks past someone hold a club looking for assistance (this has happened more than once) at least ask to make an effort. But again, most staff is friendly knowledgeable & try to be helpful. Clothing selection is adequate though pricey, even for golf. They also have the standard shoe selection, though often out of stock for most common or popular sizes. Again, do not expect much. Balls, gloves and other accessories are plentiful and pretty much as you'd expect. The putting green area is awesome. Great to just pick out a display model and try it. In the end, I only go here if I have no choice because I advocate supporting local over corporate stores and this one is an example why; too much price for a mid to low experience.

Also decided to buy a new pair of shoes. Asked the associate in the shoe section the difference between two shoes by the same brand with a $30 price difference. Response was "idk, I guess the color choices..try Google"...not what I would expect from a golf store employee, let alone one in the section I'm asking questions about

Just did a club fitting and purchase at Par Golf after having visited several times for more basic…read moregolf needs. Such a phenomenal experience and store all-around. Jack and Clay in particular. Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy with sales. Jack essentially gave me an impromptu swing lesson while I was trying out irons. Bought a set of Pings on my second visit to try a few brands out and can't wait to try them. They have 3 sim bays and tons of selection. You should absolutely visit and use Par Golf over the various big box/brand golf and sporting goods stores near them on Sawmill if you live in Northwest Columbus, Dublin, or really anywhere in the city!

If you're a golfer, you probably already know but if you're a beginner, this is a good starting point. The store is clean & well organized. Their website was easy to use to schedule the appointment. The technology they use to evaluate my swing really provided a clearer picture of my swing stats (head speed, ball speed, spin, etc.) Worth the experience! If you need help, this is the place to go. I did a club fitting with Zach over the summer and it was an exceptional experience. Zach took his…read moretime not only finding me the best club heads, but also the best shafts and grips. I never felt rushed and not only did he find the best equipment for me he also took the time at every step in the process to listen to my feedback and explain to me what we were looking for and why. He accounted for not only the stats the Trackman gave him, but listened to my feedback as to what felt right. Additionally when I was satisfied with the results I was seeing he continued to tweak things a bit to ensure these clubs would be the best clubs for me for years to come rather than many shops that want to get you in and out and don't really know how to assess what is best for you or seem to even care. Months later Zach checked in on me to see how the clubs were performing- I let him know my driver stopped performing out on the course to the standards/consistency we were seeing in the fitting. Zach invited me back in and worked with me as a golf coach to correct some bad habits I had created and get me back on track. Since then I gave my wife a fitting for Christmas and she experienced that same great level of service and attention I did and walked out feeling better about her golf game with some new shafts. I was amazed Zach assessed her swing and never tried to sell her something she didn't need or over-sell her on the "latest and greatest" equipment that based on the data wasn't necessary. The honesty, integrity, knowledge and professionalism we have experienced at Club Champion is in a league all by itself. You have clients for life and can't imagine buying clubs without your input and feedback in the future. My handicap went down almost 3 strokes this summer after being stagnant for years and I am enjoying the game more.
