I told them it was broke and still had the tag on it and they would not work with me at all bc it was past the exchange date (no returns allowed) even tho it was unworn with the tag....Horrible return policy and horrible quality! Didn't want to take anything we brought in, didn't listen, did not thank us, did not show ANY pleasantry what-so-ever. How can you treat a donor like that??? I don't understand why some of the volunteers are so nasty and irritable - don't do it if you can't do it nicely. Not hard.
