Our goal was to create custom cowboy hats for another trip coming up. We came in with inspo pics and a good idea of what we wanted. My friend was able to make a beautiful hat, unfortunately they did not have my size hat in my preferred color. They have a lot of nice embellishments and options to design them, but they said they run out of things quickly so it's definitely hit or miss. If you have a specific design idea in mind, I'd HIGHLY recommend calling and confirming availability first so you don't go home empty handed like I did. Prepare to spend at least 2 hours and at least $150 for a custom cowboy hat. Staff was kind and the boutique is cute

Got a skirt with some fringe that runs very small. Normally I'm a medium and a large didn't even zipper. I gave it to my friend for a bachelorette party (she is half my size-very tiny girl) the skirt immediately broke & when I called the store to return or exchange it they wouldn't let me. I told them it was broke and still had the tag on it and they would not work with me at all bc it was past the exchange date (no returns allowed) even tho it was unworn with the tag....Horrible return policy and horrible quality! I'm sure other items have better quality but after my experience I will not be returning. I was excited for the store when I first walked in but it was a huge disappointment.

And then, the medications were often sent for pickup at a different Walgreens, miles away. I've had to request that address change many times. Absurd! I don't think this is the fault of the local Pharmacists. I do believe they are struggling with a poor IT system and poor upper management. It's no wonder this corporation is struggling and closing stores. I've transferred all my business to a nearby independent, family owned Pharmacy that has an incredible reputation. They took charge and made the transfer easy. Perhaps upper management for Walgreens should check out more independently owned Pharmacies to experience how an essential care business should be run.
