I'm not a golfer personally, but my fiancée is, and he loves the opportunity to golf on this private course a few times a year. The course is gorgeous and very well-kept. You can tell they put a lot of time into the grounds keeping, and from what he says, the course itself is challenging and exciting to play. As social members, we enjoy going to many events at the club throughout the year. We've become regulars at the poker night, where we've met some good friends and always enjoy a great organized night of poker for much lower buy-ins than you'd get at a casino. We also love coming to the club for happy hour or dinner. The food is surprisingly good (we learned that everything on the menu is made from scratch). We love to order the pretzel bites as an app followed by any of the amazing entrees. The staff is wonderful and takes the time to learn your name and catch up with you whenever you come. Overall this is a great club and I'd highly recommend the social membership.

First two times we played on the back 9 it was all over hole 15 and 16. Second time same coverage all over 16. At one point you couldn't even tee off at your box there were so many geese it was a problem Yesterday we played all 18. Again. Goose poo as shared above so badly we didn't feel safe to bother and NO WAY were we going to bother and I even try to pick up our ball among all that infestation. I have no idea how this is acceptable. Completely gross and dangerous.

However, since some irrigation problems were solved the course conditions have improved dramatically. Fairways & greens are in great shape. My only complaints about course conditions relate to 1) some of the bunkers are not playable, with standing water & heavy, muddy sand, though that is a huge issue at almost every public course, and 2) the failure of golfers to fix ball marks on greens. The 2d point isn't the course's fault, it's the lazy and inconsiderate golfers who seem to be everywhere these days.

Even though some of us were skipping holes or didn't even golf (even though we paid full price). The employee accused us of hitting over 20 shots a person... Most hit par and the ones who didn't never hit more than 8. Never coming here again, maybe it's cause we had minorities in our group we were treated so hostile. Would not recommend having your wedding or special event here. Sorry we're not pro golfers, but with the extremely low quality of the course you would think that wouldn't be a requirement here. Employee could have asked the group behind us that was taking 2 minutes per hole to play through us instead of asking us to skip holes or leave without playing the number of holes we paid for..... The Lakes blows this place out of the water don't even bother coming here

The greens, t-balls and fairways are almost always in great shape. We were there for what turned out to be our final round of the season in late October. It was an exceptionally nice late fall day and the grounds crew was working hard to "blow the leaves" off the fairways and greens. As I've already said - this is one of my favorite courses.

Putt putt is a lot of fun and there were plenty of holes. I do thing the holes maybe could have been a little more challenging yet it still was a lot of fun. The checkout was awesome great staff who welcomed us with a smile and was super efficient and smooth with our transaction. During the COVID years, DSG kept it legit and professional with car deliveries. When I do stop for golf gear, I'm always approached in that department offering help so that makes me happy. Overall, I do love this store experience overall. Admittedly, I did try the new Polaris location the weekend of their re-opening Aug 15-17 and what a nightmare. Too loud and too big for my taste. Keep me going back to Easton as the people are great and Easton keeps it easy.

Today I was looking for a mess kit for camping. They have vast areas devoted to clothing, a whole wall of hundreds of Stanleys, 14 different dog bowls, and zero mess kits. Two little aisles of camping gear, and that's it. Their grilling section is four times as big as the camping section. I guess that's what people wanna buy, but if you are looking for outdoor supplies, this is not the place to come.
