If we could give this place negative 5 stars review we would. Roberto manager does not operate his business with integrity or honesty. He emphasized an 18month warranty on all his batteries which I paid $188 per battery X 6 plus tax over $1300! He charged me $125 just to have his employee tell me the battery was defected and they would replace the battery but I would have to drive 45 min inland to pick up the new replacement and drive back to my home and install it myself! A couple weeks later our Golfcart broke down and lo and behold we learned two.l batteries were melted. He claimed we did not install correctly. That is a blatant lie because our neighbor who has operated golf carts his entire life installed them for us. He said the batteries were defected. Because one battery confirmed by Roberto and his disgruntled employee, Cesar my neighbor said do not be surprised if the rest of the batteries begin to not work as well. He said it was likely a bad batch. Long story short, do the right thing and replace the batteries that are under warranty. We do plan to take him to small claims court. We can allow people like this take our hard earned money from us! Stay away from this place. read more

Their products are first class and Rossy is a wealth of knowledge. She and their owner are together one of the best teams I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I drove 2 hours to Golf Carts and More because they had the best selection, the best prices, and they offered a First Responder discount. Also, they are an authorized EZGO dealer and had great internet reviews. I met with Rossy and Julio and they assisted me with my cart selection. Both of them were friendly and very patient. They answered all of my questions and after a test drive I selected a 2022 EZGO RXV cart. Julio gave me great advice regarding a couple of accessories that I wanted and with selection of wheels and tires. Their showroom has a large selection of accessories/wheels and tires in stock to choose from. I got to see their mechanics working on builds in progress and they were very professional. I asked Julio to install a 3" lift kit, brush guard, turn signals, light bar and blue tooth sound bar. When the cart was finished and delivered it looked great. Julio's attention to detail was amazing. All the accessories looked great. All wiring was run through the roof support tubes resulting in a very clean installation. When done the cart drove and rode amazing. It was well worth the drive to their location for me. They did an outstanding job with my cart and were always professional and friendly during the process.
